What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps manage accounts and contacts in a more organize structure so that it's easy to see what types of customers we have, their roles, and how they interact with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an issue now but as the data of customer grows, it might be difficult to maintain the structure of data in an organized manner. It also might be hard to automate things as the data becomes more complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is helping to organize customer information by different categories so that we're able to see specific needs and areas we can focus on. This helps with managing customers more efficiently.
Helps a lot for a rapid grow
What do you like best about the product?
Very well designed and highly customizable user interface really makes difference. It helped a lot when optimizing sales processes during the unexpected growth periods of a couple years back. Not only smoothen the link between front, back and warehouse services it also provides accurate data on each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to many other CRM solutions out there it feels a bit pricy if you are not getting most out of it. Apart from that customer service could sometimes be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the sales processes between sales team, warehouse, inventory tracking, pricing, quoting. Sales managers feel more comfortable providing quotes customers and marketing team generates more leads.

SalesForce sales cloud provides developers with the flexibility and tools needed to build custom sales applications that meet the unique needs of their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more customization features. SalesForce Sales Cloud need some areas for improvement from a developer perspective, need ability to customize certain features such as workflows and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As as Developers, Sales Cloud help us to build custom workflows and automation that help sales teams to work more efficiently and close deals faster. Sales Cloud provides a range of integration tools and APIs that allow developers to connect with other applications, such as ERP systems .Sales Cloud provides businesses with tools to track and manage leads, ensuring that sales teams can follow up with prospects in a timely and effective manner.
Limitless options and integrations to have everything under control
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of alternatives to do integrations with other software and platforms. Also, the way you can personalize your experience with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use it properly, you need to have a person that is very well-trained in the platform and is likely to be exclusively focused on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all the sales and customers information in one place. Also, you can do reports, dashboards, trackings, etc. Unifying different aspects of your daily work in one place is very helpful.
Great Tool for your Sales Organization!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it gives me a holistic view of all of our clients while also providing the ability to dive in deeper and see the history of each account, contact, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I would really say I dislike about Sales cloud. I think I can definitely take more advantage of all the available features, especially after attending the various sessions at the world tour.

The most powerful CRM on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is the industry leader in CRMs, there is an extensive community of users, experts, certifications, developers. There are so many resources that make learning easier, and getting help smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Products can be confusing because of name changes and there are a lot of additional add-ons so keeping track can be difficult. Thankfully there are tons of resources available for learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps our clients run their business. Manage customers, record sales activity and use MCAE to keep in touch with customers in a personalized and strategic manner.

The most helpful thing about sales cloud is it's easy and understandable object modeling and features. The key benefit is it is free for the users and very benificial

Nothing at all. It is all good and the best thing on Salesforce.

It has made emailing and its automation very easy for the end users and the service or product providers and it has also increased the productivity.

Can be slightly buggy and cumbersome to use at times

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sales Cloud. It is user friendly, helps automate processes, and helps me track my progress and create a clean pipeline. Real time tracking helps build deeper connections and take deals to the next phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with anything else, licenses are expensive therefore budget considerations are required. However, the ROI speaks for itself. Sales cloud is key driver to sales team success!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales territory, sales rep activities, on target revenue and much more! Can't wait for the Tableau Einstein GPT function to go GA and streamline processes.
Love Salesforce sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize for the needs of the sales user. Reporting is easy and after using other CRMs I would not want to work for a company that doesn't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something that I dislike. The company should invest more in salesforce and the custom options to extend the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work our flows in the platform quickly and easily. Keeping up with deals in motion is very easy and convenient.
