The CRM for the modern sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
One of the key strengths of Sales Cloud is its friendly UI. As a non technical sales reps I have no issues navigating and using the platform. I've been learning more about the customizable dashboards and reports, which allows me to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement and manage KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yoy basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many options and customizations can cause a bit of options paralysis. As great as trail blazer is, some integrated tutorials might be beneficial that you can turn on as a new user then off when not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There two main benefits of said cloud is managing customer relationships (taking calls, emails, meeting, contracts) and creating visualizations to track performance. Having dashboards to look at daily to prioritize activity then reports to dial into to conduct that activity makes sales cloud extremely powerful in increasing my productivity

What do you like best about the product?
The automation that can be created using flows to help make sales cloud the most efficient and productive for our sales organization is a game changer. Being able to customize this automation is keep to be flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the reporting capability that sales cloud has as it is not very robust and requires us to purchase another solution for important visual aids and metrics needed for KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales cloud app provides a great solution for visibility into our sales pipeline and insights into our customers current health status that we would not have the ability to view in a 360 view otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a low code option for easily slot in new requirements for managing a sales pipeline. Lightning is so intuitive it takes minimal training to onboard someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be restrictive in that the low code solutions take much longer at scale to manage than using Apex code. Sales Cloud is also pretty ugly via the mobile app even with multiple iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management by seller is much easier to collate if done by campaign in 1 system. Prior forecasting and pipeline management was being done via spreadsheet and quarterly goal which is not useful for day to day tracking.
Love having everything in a consolidated space!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one consolidated area, so our sales reps can easily find and manage the data they need, at their fingertips
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require too many additional licenses. It would be nice that certain licenses are included in a suite package for Salesforce lightning cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes our sales reps don't want to go to different areas for certain information. It's nice that with Salesforce cloud they can stay in one area

What do you like best about the product?
Great resource to find everything you need. Love the team dashboards, love the reporting, and love to watch a deal go along the pipeline all the way to close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a great UI. Looks super old school and boring. I've used hubspot in the past and they have an awesome and modern look to their site. Makes it much more satisfying to do my work when it looks like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of our evergrowing list of customers and makes it easy to tier our lists of prospects. I like that it's a huge database that lets me go as far back as I need to understand an account's history with us

What do you like best about the product?
Managing our pipeline, activity, sales demonstration's, and just being a great database for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the downside of using sales cloud is that salesforce does not have the best support or account managers to help us execute our plans often we are left to hire an outside salesforce in consultant

Currently tracking activity and giving us the information we need about how many touches it takes to close a deal

Salesforce Sales Cloud is allowing our sales and marketing team, as well as other internal teams to access the same information on an account allowing a total 360 view

No dislikes at the time. Our organization is just migrating to Sales cloud

Allowing a single platform as source of truth for all users engaging with our accounts, eliminating a previously silo'd account management process

What do you dislike about the product?
It's unreliable integration with outlook, inbox and sf calendar.
You f you are using SF native features then it's pretty good but as soon as you try to collaborate with other products, it does not work as good.

What do you like best about the product?
Tools were really helpful and it is very user friendly. There are many integrations with salesforce is a great addition. I am unsure about other competitors as i was unable to test them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest "cons" would be the cost. It certainly made it less appealing. With some instances there was a slower performance. Additional money has to be spent on some 3rd party apps to have a truly complete system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to integrate everyone's work into one location. We need to centralize all the data for the employees to share. We needed a way to standardize all forms and processes. Salesforce will allow us to leverage that so everyone can continuity in the services we provide

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an outstanding and reliable customer service management platform. One of my favorite features is its powerful analytics and reporting capabilities, which allows our team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This allows management to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, one of my frustrations with Salesforce is the ability to find an org ID's easily. As a consumer with over 6 orgs, when I get an email with an org IDI . to manually search the company information in each instance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Flows, we have been able to streamline a lot of our processes in the system. We have been able to remove a lot of manual work on sending notifications and general emails, allowing our sales team to get to more customers and increase revenue.
