Smooth Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of containing client information. Keep client information well organized without much of our thinking/ organizing/ effort on our part.
Keeping client data safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times - if we stay logged in for too long - or if there is a wifi glitch /issue - it can lose the page you / we are working on.
It becomes difficult when working on multiple clients/ patients at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping client data. Gathering the Client / patient data for metrics useful for benefitting our patient care.
It's easier to input patient / client information

Salesforce Sales Cloud - A Force for Sales professionals!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me to stay organized - to a hyper degree! It's not only my best calendar (thanks SF!) but with tasks, opportunities and more, once I log an event, all of my follow up activities are already lined up to go! I just have to log in, and do them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only really dislike that to do some things requires some salesforce wizardry, mostly when it comes to building reports. Sometimes I find things should be a little easier, or I wonder if I'm possibly the only one searching for these types of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having things that were traditionally in different programs all under the same platform is a great thing and huge time saver. I am bad with calendars traditionally because they aren't tied to more than the events, wehreas in Salesforce I can tag tasks and other activities to the client/event.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is perfect for the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to converting someone to a customer. When trying to implement and onboard new sales reps on to the team following structural opportunities and processes are very helpful for paying attention to detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is the industry leader, well renowned, and most people are comfortable using this as a CRM but sometimes the process of updating records, loading accounts can take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is amazing at helping and creating customer lifecycles, monitoring, and track email activity. Update statuses involved with customers, decision-makers, and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to move around and upload documents when we needed to. Has everything laid out for you so you know where you need to go to find my license and appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. Maybe add another feature that allows you to accept something other than a jpeg. I had issues submitting documents but it could be due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
very easy to keep me organized. Let's me know which carriers I have with with states. Has my info for ever carrier. Makes it so easy to just have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice to have all my accounts in 1 spot. It's easy to navigate.

It's a bit messy, information can be innaccurate. always need to double check

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the pipeline and how it is customizable for our needs. We can make the outreach process for our program exactly how we need it to work for teachers
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful part is how many layers of menus there are when it comes to campaigns/jobs/shifts - we use them to track volunteer hours and it's complicated fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the outreach process of working with teachers across the state of Wisconsin, and capturing their engagement and responses to our email. We also use it to track volunteer hours.

Streamlined pipeline tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sales Cloud helps reps get a simple view of their sales pipeline. I also like the ease of creating custom dashboards for different users based on roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish managing the different page layouts was easier in Sales Cloud. With the size of our org, we have a lot of page layouts and record types. It should be easier to know which page layout and record type you were looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud provides transparency for sales pipeline tracking. It saves our users time by not manually tracking and reporting their sales numbers to leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
Features it offers. What once started as just a CRM has become a complete Enterprise tool that can handle almost everything. You don't have to look elsewhere; a solution can be found here in at single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is costly, probably the most expensive among any CRM. Hopefully, with more customers, it might decrease a bit. More of it can be moved to the consumption model from the licence model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage leads and also tracking opportunities efficiently. Collaboration features are excellent as well. It stores data in a single place, and we don't have to manage multiple applications.

What do you like best about the product?
salesforce sales cloud is simple to create dashboards, i can easily manage my manage my marketing leads and one more best part of salesforce is that i can easily access the salesforce from my mobile at anywhere i want
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much things that i dislike about salesforce sales cloud

but we can't able to mark some lead status directly and some of the duplicate records also we can create
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead generation is the best problem solving i can say because we can create the lead by ourself without asking for a manager help. we can mark the task and that will remind us at the particular timing so that i can easily get a reminder to call at certain time

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is how it seemlessly integrates so many great apps and programs, as well as having a really intuitive, no brainer interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes me a little annoyed with it is the campaign system. I use them alot for work, but you cannot delete old campaigns, so every new term at school, I have to wade through my old ones to get to my new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me all communications with a student, plus a really great display of all of our notes and information on a particular student, and their status in the program.
