General usage experience of Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
it is a highly adaptable and user-friendly platform with good interfaces, SQL queries, easy-to-use reporting, flexible workflows, an Oracle database, and effective customer relationship management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller businesses may struggle with justifying the cost and effort of using Salesforce due to challenges in component setup, heavy reliance on coding, limited cloud size causing delays, lack of free Google Calendar integration, steep learning curve, and need for improvement in user interface and search function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it enables my company to manage leads, sales funnel, customer interactions, opportunities, and orders, while also providing communication tools, dashboard creation, and daily activity tracking.
The very best, though the power and funtionality takes some time to get used to.
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of customisation possible to each organisation allows the product to be ideally suited for any business flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the same token, the amount of customisation possible means there are a lot of sub-optimal implementations where too many things are attempted with none working very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, I don't generally use SFDC Sales Cloud for deal progression and tracking functionality. However, on the occasions that I do generate quotes or need to work cross-functionally, I've found it to be an extremely powerful tool for the quote generation process.
SF the Best CRM application
What do you like best about the product?
No maintenance of servers and application updates. Most latest version of Salesforce is always available as and when Salesforce makes their quarterly releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Salesforce quarterly releases have conflicts with our application releases and the quarterly release requires extensive regression testing which pushes to reschedule our application release cycles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before moving to Salesforce sales cloud our on premise CRM application was build on old tools and technology which had lots rigidity while making any changes. With the out of the box Salesforce CRM capabilities we don't have to worry about the core CRM instead we can utilize our resources around tasks that matter the most to our business.
The best CRM that will suit your needs and improve your business
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is that it gives me a wide range of customization to manage every sales entry or lead prospect. This CRM helps me save time in data gathering and makes me more efficient with my reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite. I love every feature that it has and it helps me a lot in being more efficient and effective on my daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the time I was using Salesforce Sales Cloud suite it help me a lot in saving time when running reports and gathering data. The time the save allows to do more things. Now that's what I call efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm quite happy with the Salesforce Cloud because it helps folks in my company collaborate more closely .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specific that i dislike about the cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud helps us bring together email contact , meetings , and CRM so that it can serve as a ground truth for collaboration from a customer success perspective !
Would Recommend for Smaller Business
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great platform to track your sales numbers, as well as your pipeline within their dashboard to see what you have that is hot and what you have that is cold. It's easy to figure out who is best to call to make your sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tracking is incorrect. It also does not integrate well with SalesLoft as it should. It often does not notice when things are changed in SalesLoft (for example if an opportunity is marked not interested) and then you still have to go in and manually change it. This results in double work every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does keep all of my cold and hot pipeline leads all in one place filtered out so it is easy for me to figure out who to call and who not to. It also is a great platform to see if I am missing any information (dates, times etc.) as it is all bundled up under my personal dashboard.
A good product
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce was user-friendly. It could be used to store documents and view MSM with clients. It also provides a dashboard with tasks for easy access and view of items that need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for Salesforce was document storage. Once uploaded, it wasn't easy to move into another folder, which had to be deleted. You were also not able to easily view a preview of the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided access to view and track tasks and how a case was resolved. It helped with productivity by having a visual list within Salesforce and not having to switch between either a physical list or a different form to create lists for tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best was that the actual maps were integrated into Salesforce itself. I didnt have to go else were to get to a map if the task called for it or to look up a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that it opened up another tab and took you outside of salesforce and you were no longer with in the program were the rest of your work is being done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce maps was helping us get a clients location or an HOA location if the data wasnt already inputted into our CRM. At times just locating a clients community name.
Reliable and dependable
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use and a time saver. Very easy to create leads and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the account is hard to search if you are searching for their names only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud help us in tracking our activity from the point of creating a lead for a customer to creating Opportunities and closing the sales.
Powerful Tool in Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deep level of customization and ease of integration with other tools that Salesforce provides. There are such granular options to make sure the platform can be exactly what you want and need it to be for your specific processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the level of customization possible can be the hardest thing about the platform as well, it takes practice to know where to look and how to configure the features you can get the most use out of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It so easily makes every step of the sales process visible to the other people in an organization that need it the most. No more sending emails and then sending them again, updating spreadsheets, re-sharing files, etc. because with Sales Cloud you can easily give ongoing access to your team to collaborate on a win.
