Great for tracking all of my sales activity

I would like the option to delete tasks more easily.

Tracks my progress with sales and allows me to set up reminder tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The use on how it was secured and optimized for every business that wanting to move to cloud for more efficient and reliable data filing and it is more conven cause data can be visualized with use of Reports and Dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
So Far I like The Salesforce as whole, Since i helps a lot of of business to transform in digitalize world. Salesforce gives chance to businesses to improve their process and ways of working with their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficient retrieving of data and safer environment with use of Approvals and automations it helps every process clean and fast, it gives users peace of mind.
Steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I found the user creation to be fairly straight forward and simple and for someone who might have to create multiple accounts a day, it can allow me to be very efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it took a while for me to work out how to actually use the UI properly and navigate to the places I needed

MUST have for an business
What do you like best about the product?
Power of the platform. CRM has been around for decades but Salesforce CRM does it better in a variety of ways. The architecture and user experience really stands out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are few downsides. I think the downsides are due to business workflow complexities. For a multiglobal business with really complex workflows, there may be some shortcomings to the product. For example, various governor limits on the platform but Salesforce offers resources to help rethink another way to solution around the limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize our sales process, customer 360, enable complex sales cycles, platform to build on top of. All of the above is what powers our multi billion dollars of business. It enables our sales people to do what they do - sell.

Ease of use:As a cloud consultant myself out of box features using cloud amazes me.

Time-consuming to fill out every detail and info needs AI to do it.

Wonderful Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I never had a bad experience using Salesforce. It is uncomplicated and nothing too much trouble. Easy to install on any platform. It gives the ability for users to see cases and emails easily. This tool has a great potential for more businesses to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is almost good, except there is no sound notification every time a new case or email arrives. This would have significantly helped a user to be notified. But all in all, this tool is very good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the disorder because it has categorization such as tasks, cases, and emails, making it a lot easier for users to see what needs to be done next. This tool is so great that it is very easy to navigate and does not need training.

The most helpful feature i like about Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is its ability to integrate with almost every other CRM out there in the market available.

There are multiple things which i dislike , the learning curve is steap

Managing customer's data at one place, engaging with them on regular basis, deal time reduces. Stakeholders have more control over each and every deal, approvals are being noted and quick.
Review sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The way Salesforce has designed sales cloud is very efficient for business to do their sales. Also the feature is leads, accounts and contacts is wonderful. I like working in Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't anything wrong or inappropriate in sales cloud but it would be good to see AI coming in to guide business users and more predictable sales process . That's all I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to store process and Manage the needs for which I'm working. Salesforce offers a lot with sales cloud services and our customers really likes it .
Salesforce is the ‘Science’ part of the art and science of sales
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce tracks all the important details that human sales people need to remember. Then, it serves up reports to show the sales person how they can improve and close more deals.

The only downside to Salesforce is when it is not designed with UX in mind.

Sales cloud solves the problem of needing a central location to access your data from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our Company was originally using this for our Sales team but have since moved to fully "dog fooding" our own software. We have our own Sales platform so paying for something external no longer made sense. Now, this isn't really a dislike, more of a why we moved away. If I had to pick something, cost was likely the biggest thing - I know it was expensive - especially as we continued to grow as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say some of the top problems that Salesforce tries to solve are as follows:
* Ineffective sales collaboration
* Inefficient lead management
* Lack of sales visibility
* And more.
For us, it was definitely the above as well as trying to remove many of our previously manual processes that we had the time. Until we got our own tool to have more of the needed features, this helps solved the gap that our sales team needed.
