Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool which out of the box can do a lot with minimal actual development, only through configuration. Like with most configuration based tools it makes certain choices about the way it represents data in the system but it also allows for customization with only a few button clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes being able to quickly make updates leads to expedient solutions means that not enough strategic thought goes into those changes. As long as you think through all of the implications of your changes, it shouldn't be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows for us to understand our sales pipeline and make informed, data based decisions instead of relying solely upon emails and tracking spreadsheets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small-scale digital marketing agency with around 30-40 employees, integrating Salesforce into our operations has been a game-changer. We're receiving a lot of benefits.

The platform's comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities have allowed us to effortlessly organize, track, store and access crucial client information, facilitating personalized and targeted marketing campaigns which has significantly enhanced our efficiency. not only does it save time and increased productivity but it improves client sales and satisfaction. Additionally, third-party integrations and applications are a blessing, allowing us to further tweak Salesforce to our specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a best Sales product a company should use in order to get smooth experience of business sales side. Standard components are itself enough to run a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced everything as good. No dislikes as such about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving a big gap between business and their current traditional CRMs. The product has good automations that can do most of things by itself. I see multiple benefits like lightning reports and dashboards with a great visual representation of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce is it helps our teams to communicate well by leaving documentation. It's also easy to navigate its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that SF is having some hiccups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves us from guessing how the clients were handled by the previous agent who assisted them. It also shows us the past history of all our clients and it helps us determine on how to proceed to their assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports and the analytics on Salesforce are the best we have seen on any CRM to date. The collaboration within the sales team is at an all-time high due to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve for our users was a bit long and some did find it a little hard to grasp in the earlier stages of the implementation. Also the platform is not customization friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier our company had multiple platforms where client data was stored, now everything is available on a Centralized platform i.e. Salesforce CRM. The mobile app makes it easier for our teams to access the client data on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can convert your contacts to and from hubspot with salesforce. Its really convenient and helpful for sales teams and for pipeline projections
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes- sometimes contacts don't show up, sometimes they don't convert. Needs a bigger server. I'm not sure the fix to this but hopefully one day it will be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our pipeline and helps us report on pipeline without having to do too much. It keeps all of our accounts in line which is super helpful when trying to be organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It can allow an organization to manage its customer database and keep track of contracts and contact information. It can integrate and utilize 3rd party systems such as building badge records, print badges, automation of invitation emails, set up accounts through automation. It has proven useful in our company and saved time and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search function glitches or does not work. There were several occasions when I searched for a Customer's name or email address, and the search would return no results. But then, when I search the contract within and find the Customer, open and work on the corresponding contracts, and try the search again, it might find this person now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce supports integration with our ticketing and badge system, which helps us quickly manage customer memberships and saves time from manually having to set up multiple tasks.
