What do you like best about the product?
About how I'm able to create new contacts and mentioned notes on each account
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really slow summertime and could have been better in terms of page load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving problems like being able to save every contact to a specific account and easier to reach out by linking it to Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly and customizable to our needs. I also like that we can have control over who gets access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that the app does not save the automation approval. It keeps asking after selecting the option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have people working from home confirming appointments and adding orders.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the best things about Sales Cloud is its seamless integration capabilities, allowing for a unified view of sales data by connecting with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
By leveraging Sales Cloud, businesses can streamline their sales processes, manage customer relationships effectively, and drive revenue growth.
Personalizing my answer with a fictional story, implementing Sales Cloud in a company I worked for transformed our sales operations, bringing centralized data, real-time tracking, automation, and valuable insights, resulting in increased efficiency and revenue growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud's Lightning feature is somewhat complicated, and users may have complications while customizing the platform.
The notification & MFA features should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has revolutionized the way I manage my sales pipeline. With its intuitive interface and customizable features, I can easily track my leads, monitor their progress, and identify any bottlenecks in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome. We can maintain the data properly and lots of features available here. As per business need we can get different page layout here. Overall it's awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike. Only we have the email limits I can say the drawback. We should provide at least 50000 emails for free. One more thing is reports, we can see 2000 records only. Rest all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all things in dashboard regarding sale. It's is the best part. Also we can see the campaign details, it is definitely affecting the sale and management of company

What do you like best about the product?
Manages the customer's interactions, sales processes, and pipeline effectively. It provides automation features that streamline sales activities, such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and contact management. This automation reduces manual tasks and improves productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works as expected. There's no downside that I can think of.

The Salesforce mobile app enables sales representatives to access critical customer and sales information on-the-go. This allows for better customer engagement, even when away from the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I able to use Salesforce maps for daily tasks. This help for future use specifically so that I stay ahead of the game when having ahead. This, providing excellent reporting and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distance in Salesforce maps in terms of miles is slightly off but a few more miles than indicated. The accuracy needs some improvement. However, since I know the distance is off by a little, I always keep this in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce maps allows me to view various locations all in once by providing visuals with maps and geographical points that are important when planning ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales are really helpful if you are in sales. I love how it helps me to organize everything. It helps me a lot since I can just search keywords and the results is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't observed something that I don't like yet for this app. Instead, I highly praise it on how it helps me with my job in terms of managing all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a high volume of pieces of information. I worked in sales and there are documents that are needed to store in every account. I can just search keyword and the result is so accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and consolidation of data for monitoring and auditing purposes. I am able to create dashboards of my consolidated reports and easily track cases I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the permission limitation for regular users, but I understand that there is a license that needs to adhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing manual reporting before but with Salesforce, I am able to collate all data I needed for the report and automatically create dashboards to present the accomplishments of our team and track on those cases we are working in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, and I can easily navigate to it. It also has options to automate extra clicks, which is efficient and time-saving for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience, Salesforce has limitations, and sometimes the business needs those functionalities. For example, the reports that can be added to a dashboard have a limit of 20.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity. Since it's more efficient and time-saving for users, we can easily complete tasks. The more tasks completed, the greater the increase in productivity.
