Sales Cloud building business better

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helping in both b2b and b2c businesses. Integration of all the data at one place helping in better system, also the best part is the community where we can ask questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more ui interactive, the look and feel could be better. Also there are many ideas on ideaexchange that should be implemented not sure why not done till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM is the best part, what i like most is the data stays intact and can be used directly according to the permission assigned to the user. The flows and automated processes are also very good.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and it's nice working in Salesforce cloud. It brings with new learnings and there is lot of new things to learn in Salesforce as it is fastest growing technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little product guidance and support from the vendor. The account rep turnover is so often we never have a chance to create a real realationship with them.the ui could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large number of records and the leads and opportunities of the customer is being recorded in it. And it becomes easy for us (sales) to sale our product in a organised way.

Best CRM Platform and easy to integrate

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn since Salesforce has Trailhead site to help you to learn about Salesforce Sales cloud.
It is easy to use, especially from Lead to Cash aspect. You can customize your org using different workflows and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using salesforce for 3 years already and I can say there are still room for improvement especially in AI. Also, customer support is expensive when the feature is something that is not out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is our centralize data center from Leads to actual Customers. Our sales reps sells our products faster and more efficient than before. Inventory of our products is more convenient as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like pretty much that is so helpfull in order to have a lead tracking, sales man activities etc
What do you dislike about the product?
In modules could be a little repetitive process to fill in data , and that is not so intuitive like other sales CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The principal is the lead tracking system, and sales management for executives

Fantastic sales people selling products you don't need and shouldn't buy

What do you like best about the product?
Once the platform is fully built out, it can integrate a lot of other systems to keep things in one place. However, the additional cost to make the system fully functional is cost prohibitive and takes a separate team of engineers to build AND will take months to get it to that place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the time, resources, and unforeseen expenses needed just to get this system to a place where it can function fully is significantly more than a turnkey system from a third party which is a fraction of the cost and out of the box ready to go. The extra licenses required for your other company staff to have access along with a steep learning curve, compounds the cost. Overall I would not recommend Salesforce. I would strongly recommend an industry specific all in one CRM platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud ended up creating more problems than it solved. It was impossible to rectify any of these issues and we ended up spending $10k's of thousands of dollars to be told that you are stuck in a contract that is impossible to cancel with the exception of filing personal bankruptcy. We were able to recreate all of the needed systems that SF was supposed to solve for 1/10th the cost.

Powerful and Resourceful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
How powerful and customizable of a tool it is. It is quite possibly one of the best CRMs to use, and the fact it can hold so much data and allows for customizable reporting, too, makes it helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the cost. While it is a great value add, the cost can be daunting for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More organization in pulling data/ customized reports for sales goals, initiatives, products, etc.

Comprehensive CRM for any Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the go-to tool to find out the accounts that I need to work on. Accounts assigned to me and also of the past events that happened with that account. Past activity, emails, calls, messages, and opportunities are all there to get a complete overview of the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the one thing I dislike is the number of fields there are for each account or lead. Looks very overwhelming at times. I understand only a few are actually mandatory but imagine finding out the mandatory fields among the 100 fields you have,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have the complete overview of the account along with all the activity for all the leads, this helps me figure out what to be done, to which contact, and when. Also, the reports that Salesforce provides, save me a lot of time. Hate manual reports, big fan of Salesforce for that.

Cost of licenses, other wise I don't have anything else bad to say

They are working to be able to do more with reporting tool , as well as good instruction on how to modify or change processes

What do you like best about the product?
The most recent automation on another tool that we're using makes it easy for us to do our work seamlessly, making it efficient and outstanding. I have never used a system tool this great at job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, there's an ongoing issue with syncing with another tool we are using for vehicle and drivers. Though I can understand that this is beyond Salesforce's control. It'd be great if the issue would be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the issue I raised, it is a great benefit that some of the entries we have are properly synced now so our job is getting easier and effective making us efficient and would be able to handle more tasks because of it.
