No such dislike things available but if we can reduce the license cost of per user it will be helpful because for small businesses it is difficult to maintain Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases the sales of our clients maintaining the reports is very easy and we don't need to spend a lot of time to build reports and this is so user friendly

I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud manages each account. Like all of the details are on the salesforce. You don't need to deep dive the information because all of the details and information are all complete.

Salesforce Sales Cloud user experience can be improved by adding the latest cutting edge UI patterns. Also, Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing can be reduced a little so that small and medium size companies can adopt and transition easily.

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a great way to manage the leads generated through marketing platform and allows sales representative to effectively work on them to complete the full sales cycle.

In my opinion, Salesforce is quite expensive. There are lots of good features but it comes at a cost.

This allows its users to work on tasks available in Sales Cloud efficiently. It gives them more time to work on different projects and even multitask on a single page.
Super robust for enterprise sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all of the CRM's that I've used, Salesforce has the most robust customizable features. There are many different integrations that can be utilized to help make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce takes an abnormally long time to load. There's a ton of information in it, which I understand. But I almost feel like it can architecturally be optimized to help make pages load faster. Sometimes if I'm updating a quote, it can take up to 30 to 45 seconds for a page to load.
The Search feature is also outdated. If you type in John Smith, instead of Johnn Smith, you won't find your contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive international sales team, which requires much customization. Having the information that lives inside Salesforce automatically be added to DocuSign Agreements is super useful. Makes things a lot easier than going back and forth and ensuring things are correct.

It is most powerful cloud provided by salesforce, best software for customers satisfaction which helps to improve business in all the possible way, it is managed by world no 1 CRM.

As of now , there is nothing to dislike , it is the best way to track the customer business in a single software.nothing is wrong at this moment, everything is perfect.

It helps to solve the business problems face by the customer, it is the best customer relationship cloud managed by salesforce, it has many functionality which helps the customer to grow their business perfectly.

all the organizational tools and ability to customize for each org. Reporting to find exactly what you need to make a quick list. Haven't used a competitor so hard to say what would be different. But I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
can be really complicated at first learning the structure of it all and the customizability feature is good but takes time to understand from org to org. Can't compare this vs another competitor as I've only used this one.
