What do you like best about the product?
It is the world best crm which helps the customer to manage their relationship with clients, it helps the customer to improve and manage their business with all the technical functionality given by salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in the sales cloud. Sometimes we feel the issue related to ORG apart from that it is best cloud given by salesforce witha ll the great features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to solve many problem related to sales cloud like customer businesses, client requirements and it helps to improve the business in all the possible way.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently I am a Salesforce Developer and previously worked as Salesforce Technical Support and having knowledge with sf sales cloud helps me with my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still some features needed to be updated or included, those that are related to business requirement that are not yet in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily business process to improve workflow and effeciency on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendlh UI. Very good service is provided by salesforce. You can easily store data, track and do reporting which will help business to grow more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is little high. Costing can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of sales cloud is declarative programming using which you can easily make the processes for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Helping Organisation to streamline Cases in a very easy and trackable way . It always Gives a ease for the Admin to handle important cases and figure out what is more important and can set escalations to those which are in higher priority. Even tracking is also a very plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the speed is a consideration always and the cost for a particular business. And there should be more ease in documentation so that it provides more easiness to understand it deepely and use as per the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the engagement is more assessable. What we have; can be easily tracked and can focus on critical areas . Drag and drop is one of the top feature which is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
To enhance sales process and drive revenue growth, Streamlined sales process, Improved collaboration, Real time Insight, Mobile Accessibility, Advanced Reporting and Analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive for small business or startups with limited budget. Cost of licences, customisation and additional features can add up making it less accessible. Difficulties in connecting with existing technology stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates and streamlined various sales tasks such as lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation, enabling sales team to work more efficiently and close deals faster

What do you like best about the product?
This cloud application is customizable, where the tabs available and its components can be customized based on the business's and its users' requirements. It supports customer-centric business processes and is easy to understand, which is why training users and modifying the app based on customer stories can be easily accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have been using the app as a consultant and haven't had any problems with it.

With Salesforce Sales Cloud, the business process improves customer engagement, and to fit business needs, this can be modified so that SAlesf Cloud can support customer stories.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been couple of year working with Salesforce sales cloud, its really wonderful and great experience, it's vast and comes with flexible in dynamic configuration as following
Go mobile, new level of agility, AI, impressive reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find as such since I mentioned .I don't find any comparative tools However few things can be little improved like flexibility in customization options and cluttered Ui
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is elegant with features to boost online sales and very user friendly and good community supports.
It really reduce the time which often used to take in other tools
