What do you like best about the product?
This most helpful and good for doing man recommended to do working, user friendly for doing works and sweet for doing user friendly work to do something interesting
What do you dislike about the product?
Thats is not for beingner for doing to that and it's enough for just for not beingner to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business purpose for doing their on starting to cloud computing for accepting to find anywhere to tools makeing for ease of work and that to listed do business

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud platform is very helpful for teams and client it help to integrate the different platform together and contribute at one place and also user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support of salesforce sales cloud is not much active user have to wait for the issue resolvement and also the platform is but slow and sometimes have to wait for longer period to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to create better relationship with client and also put all customer information at one place , I don't need to go other platform for storing information

What do you like best about the product?
The need was to make sure our sales ops teams utilize the time at hand. SFM helped us not only optimized our entire sales force but helped us to increase the revenue from those pockets which were never penetrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In think the market we cater to demands competitive pricing to use such a tool. Lead management along with maps is a good idea, but since the team knows a lot about the location the work for, would not like to spend that much on subscription costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, Optimization, revenue, penetrating location, generating more meetings in a specific location, routing optimization, DM, etc have helped us. Still getting this integrated deeply in our day to day ops.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is where you can centralize the data coming from both products and customers. When you have an efficient and safe warehouse of sales data, you are able to create wiser and better decisions based on the available automation and data analytical tools present in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce in general is user-friendly, it will still be an edge if you are familiar with the automation and data analytical tools that are readily available for use. With this in mind, you still need to properly review the workarounds in using this cloud and the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Cloud is able to fix the overload of sales data as it has a monumental storage. Aside from being a warehouse of data, it is able to organize, arrange, and clean data to be used for analytics in making better decisions in the business.

There is need to add some more standard functionality in sales cloud according to growing need

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works to grow an account faster, close deals, find deals, increase productivity from anywhere. It is also usable for mobile devices which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike Salesforce Sales Cloud, in fact, I love everything about it and it is easier to use than other CRM applications. I will just suggest that in the long run of growing technology it need more improvement and it should be stop. I hope it can able to adapt to the new upcoming technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does benefit me by using its functionality with ease. I can browse thru the leads, accounts, contacts, at once as well as its opportunities of sales. It is very convenient for the business and customer to collaborate with their interest.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient and easy to use. I would recommend this to every one who has need of sales cloud in there organisation. Most importantly it is dynamic and can be adjust and modify as per the need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now didn't find any anything which I can mention in dislike but surely provide my feedback if I will get something to talk about

Very convenient in sorting the customer problems and issues to the proper queue so that the right person can work on issues with all his expertise.

One of the things I like least about Salesforce sales cloud is the last of customisation options.while the system does have a range of costomizatio available they are limited.

Generate more pipeline,close deals & personally connect to customer with sales cloud.simplyfy work flow know customer needs see key client data on your emails, support.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy to understand User Interface and this makes it very easy to get started on the product quick enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creation of reports is a complex process and once report is created, the task of exporting the report into an excel or csv is not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized repository to store, track and view sales prospects and all related information of an account of a SaaS vendor. Overall an easy product to use, making the experience smooth
