What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of the clouds from Salesforce which maintains sales data and sales of a product. Sales cloud includes most of the customer data who are interested in buying and making them purchase a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has significant issues with user licenses. The cost of user licenses is somewhat high. The data storage and file storage cost is also too high. There is no back platform for data and files in Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly Salesforce sales cloud helps in selling product to customer. Salesforce sales cloud allows lead generation and after continous follow ups with customer and make customer to buy product

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customisiblity and built in features like reports and email notifications.
The ability to embed analytics components directly.
Most of the functionality is available out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google Calendar integration is not free. Also the user interface and the search functionality can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is helping us to manage everything from leads to opportunities and orders.
The sales team is more productive.
Business performance is increased.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a user-friendly CRM platform that helps sales team manage leads and opportunities effectively. With its intuitive interface, dashboard and reports, it's enables users to track performance and collaborate smoothly.
This is better than others as its automates sales task and all which leads to revenue growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependency on Internet and sometimes Integration complexity.
Integrating with existing tools or legacy system can sometimes be complex. It may require additional development or use of middlware solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead and opportunity management, Sales process optimization, sales forcasting and Analytics, collaboration and communication.
Overall It addresses business problem by above steps and data-driven within sales team

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic... it helped me a lot to help clients ful fill there needs. I would recommend it to my friends and all the people I know. Specially it's functionality are very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked about this product. It is very easy to use and it's very user friendly. I love using it and my clients are also very happy with my performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved various problems using this tool involving lwc and flows and apex methods. Writing test cases and checking if my functionality is working is also very easy

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales clous is a great solution for a company to excel in their respective fields, getting understand about sales team, support team and also with the help of SFS we can improve to capture lead and make it closed as won.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a one factor which you can dislike about Salesforce sales cloud, although it is the best CRM tool available in the market, but the price is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Salesforce sales cloud you can easily configure your workflows and goals for you as well as for your team, it has a very clean visual and also easy to use for customers. It's extremely integreated with almost every tool out there. You can also easily see all of your clients activity.

It's has not been advertised properly. Not many people are aware of this technology as it is very useful. Though a lot of info is present for learning in-depth concepts are not taught.

It has many useful cases in storing and processing data l. The platform provided is easy to use and free in most cases. The availability of the platform is also good.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SalesForce Cloud is the range of data analysis I can have with the reports and dashboards I create in Salesforce. And besides, I have all the information about my customers and sales at my fingertips in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesforce Cloud could be a little faster when I select some data, sometimes the platform takes a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data management and creation of reports and dashboards for my team and manager. I can bring real-time analysis with salesforce reports and optimize my team's work.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you have the opportunity to fine tune each and every field or tab or drop-down menus or buttons/boxes tackle all the needs for your business. I also appreciate that you can have minor adjustments introduced as you go if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it to be pretty bothersome that there are so many options and drop down menus that might not apply to your business needs. It's almost like you have to work hard to narrow it down to exactly what you need and nothing extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helping us build a more uniform experience. Not only for our external customers, but our internal customers as well. By doing that, we can be at our most efficient.
