Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
What I find extremely easy is report creation and data integration to help visualize what is necessary for day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in health care I often find it frustrating that we cannot integrate our data further into the platform. With that being said, I understand the constraints legally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track who I need to target, when I need to target, and why I need to target.
It was great to work with the features provided by Salesforce cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and simple to create dashboards and extract the reports. Super helpful to automate things instead of doing it manually. Even we have the einstein dashboard, which is super in terms of details and in-depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Salesforce is a little expensive. It should provide the features with a variety of packages.
2. Einstein dashboard is an advance feature everyone is not familiar with this so it would be better if we make it easy to use with proper training videos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables sales reps to establish effective communication with our prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. Even though we can interact with the users just by checking the status of the user if he/she online or not.
Brilliant experience of working with sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice product. The ui of software is very user friendly and it has very less learning curve. It was really simple for me to explain about this tool to my team. Also sales got boosted as productivity got increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of product feel little high. required more powerful machine. migration of data seems little hard frim existing used software. Some time software feels slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was provideing instantly data on grids and provide realtime analysis and maintaining crm was very easy and speed of application got increased. Overall really useful
Great experience of using Salesforce cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
The best user interface and easy to use such a high level cloud service. Salesforce cloud is helpful for deploy product and service to increase sales and quality of your product
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit harder to find out the installation and setup process. Official document should be more elloborated or Salesforce team cam provide more handful video tutorials about basic architecture.

I am working on a website which have large user data to handle daily basis, Salesforce cloud help me to organise and analysis data more efficiently. It improve our website quality and sales.
Antiquated and complicated
What do you like best about the product?
It's on the cloud like every other platform on the planet. Ther's very little I like about this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce UI/UX is so bad that it's unnecessarily complicated. Many years ago a client wanted us to implement Salesforce, but since I refuse to certify in the product we oversaw this implementation. Beginning with the design, navigation, and usability the platform in and of itself is designed poorly. The person charged with the implementation did not know the product and could not answer basic questions, which I found frustrating. Once the implementation was complete the users had such a hard time navigating the platform we wound up finding another platform to put on top of Salesforce which made it a little more digestible. For the average user, this platform is a NO.

You'll never be able to use this platform by itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Tools given with user friendly UI, best CRM in the market. Able to achieve customer requirements with configuration tools as well as customisation easily with less code. Able to automate the many tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not such thing to dislike in the sales cloud. Just suggestion to increase trailhead modules to learn new beginners

What do you like best about the product?
This application is exceptional for tracking all activities, including revenue and expense generation. It effortlessly adopts new features and functions without compromising performance. Various teams, such as marketing and finance, rely on this application to gain valuable insights into customer behaviour and history. Every detail, from the initial lead generation to present-day updates and edits, is meticulously recorded. Visitor tracking enables us to better understand customer preferences and interests. However, this particular mode of Salesforce requires multiple clicks compared to the more efficient classic version. The dashboards are highly effective, providing real-time access to databases, user productivity, and customer online/offline status. Occasionally, there may be synchronization issues when exporting or importing data from the Marketing Cloud. Additionally, due to the abundance of information, duplicate leads and tickets may occur, but these can be resolved through the use of filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality has the potential to be robust and highly beneficial, although it currently has some bugs, particularly when utilizing the dragging and dropping feature to add fields in reports. The presence of lead and touch items may seem unnecessary to users who are unaware of their usefulness.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides me a single platform for variety of business problems like event handling, sales analysis, customer analysis and much more. Here I can combine data from different salesforce services. I can integrate salesforce service cloud with different services like magento, treasure data, etc

The cost of salesforce package is too much expensive for an individual or for small organizations. please introduce some low cost packages so any individual or any small organization can also use salesforce service cloud services. even you can provide some basic functionality services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The salesforce crm provides me the combine data from different salesforce platforms. I use this data in different scenerio. I can track the status of any email by email tracking and also automate email sending functionality.

What I like most is that I can send bulk customized emails to all my contacts at once and create customized email templates.

Nothing that I can think of since it does what I need it to do for my particular projects.

Sharing Experience of using Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The product of Sales cloud has been a revolution in field of customer relationship management. It has created a systematic approach to smoothly operate the sales and services management for any firm. This has shot up the sales of my organisation to seventh cloud Also it's user friendly platform and services which reduces the cost of training of the tool and any employee whether technical or non technical can work on sales cloud. Not only this the software runs efficiently without any technical hinderance. It's speed is tremendous that reduces time of operation for any technocrat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is although very much ahead of it's counterparts, but some issues like its completely cloud based. There can be a separate application of this product. Also a lot of formalities to get credentials to become a user, so lot of work can be done in that. Sales cloud should be modified in such a way that it can face internet connectivity issues and in case of sudden removal of internet on the machine, data restoration should be something taken care off as the product is not able to retain it's state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales cloud has simplified the process of handling sales sand services for any firm. It has become an interface to get new customers on board and even retention of customers. Also it's provides facility to connect with old customers on routine basis. Even sales cloud helps in understanding client requirements and develop or modify product and services in accordance to clients demand. Sales cloud has helped in reducing workforce on a large scale as it haa automated many processes for which earlier lot of manpower was utilised.
