What do you like best about the product?
It allows an easy management of data and a central location for sales and ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I don't like about it but it can get confusing with connectivity at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central location for all things sales. Repository of the one source of truth. Data can get out of hand, using sales cloud allows us to feel confident in the one view of a customer

What do you like best about the product?
All In One capability:
-Data Management,
-Core objects - Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities + Activities for each,
-Products, PriceBooks, Quoting, Orders,
-Productivity tools such as Email integration,
-Analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
SF is the Only CRM I know of, so can't list any dislikes as I have nothing else in mind to compare to.
Would have liked only 2 releases a year, rather than three.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and I help Clients implement SF or reconfigure it.
I find that companies and organizations need support to get the most out of their instance, so please connect Salesforce Partners with more users.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to implementing Sales cloud, we had a sales team using disparate systems and tools and putting everything together in the sales cloud has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a bit cost prohibitive and it makes it a bit more difficult to sell the ROI to leadership. We have a leadership team who is generating a new strategy across business units so, at this time, ROI is a heavy focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More data transparency across not just the sales group but the commercial team and beyond. We needed to see our processes in the Sales Cloud to see where we needed to put more effort into making things better.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of being able to create any type of products, workflows, sales processes, and/or objects for your team to utilize is second to none. We were previously a part of a competitor but felt very limited in what we could customize and control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has so many capabilities that it can seem overwhelming at first until you take a little bit of time to sit down and get to understand the product. it is so essential to have team leaders utilize the training that Salesforce provides to help them get started "on the right foot"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was having our sales team on a different platform from our support team. Now the communication is seamless between the two teams with everyone inside the Salesforce world.

What do you like best about the product?
it is intuitive and easy to use for CRs, and I am able to use dashboards to watch the progress of goals and objectives. The automation of emails and other processes makes the business processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is at times too high for smaller businesses, if you desire automation that is scalable

What do you like best about the product?
Streamline process how ABC, Territories, quote all in one place. We have just did an enhanced to our production with a lot more automation and our Consultants are loving the new features (DocuSign widget is the best).
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting of data, need to export multiple data to get my needed details and finding the hidden details of the QLE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All details on one platform with our management being able to coach their consultants by utilizing the pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating new fields for UGA and GA4 have been a breeze and offers so much customizability for data flow. Thanks to a helpful UI I can properly create and optimize for new campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using the platform it felt overwhelming because there's so much you can do. Overtime it because a lot easier. There are still some issues I have with the lightning UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud lets me customize my ad campaigns based on individual levels of conversions thanks to the data that can be passed through. It also plays so well with reporting platforms like Domo and Data Studio.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a great way to organize customer data. It is an easy to navigate, powerful tool that keeps track of customer information. It is a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be overwhelming to get started with. While there is a bunch of learning information available, the amount of learning material can also be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce sales cloud to keep track of leads. We keep track of whether they are interested in us or not, where they are currently doing business, and how we can get in contact with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SalesCloud serves as a hub for my entire growth team. From marketing through to account management we can see the journey our prospects are taking and optimize for effective spend and time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge to set up correctly on your first try. This becomes harder to fix the more you try to leverage it. It can be a timely process to really set everything up to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud solves multiple problems from multi-department alignment, to time management of our representative, to providing and awesome customer experience. SalesCloud is our single source of truth for our Growth team.
