Your go to software for all things customer
What do you like best about the product?
Major benefit of Sales Cloud is the customization ability to store our data and design our processes to fit our business. On top of that, the other integrations to support the rest of our business is amazing. Sales Cloud is for sure our hub, and other products enhance that experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best and worst part are the integrations! There is so much more we could do and provide to our customers if it was all seamless. I can't text customers from the same number across the cloud, that should be table stakes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our source of truth and one place for the customer. Having our vontact, schedule, communications and history in one place is fantastic. As well as the flexibility for our customers.
Easy navigation for all end users
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation for our end users is simple given the different levels of experience with technology. It also is a one stop shop for our users on a customer. Tracking notes on specific engagements with customers is critical to our inductty especially when the cycle time for converting opportunities can be longer given the extent of the purchase our consumer base is making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for someone like myself as a product owner is not being able to take advantage of all the learning opportunities. The system is very complex and I feel that I have only just began to learn what we all purchased. Coming in as a new product owner, not knowing in total what we have in the cloud is challenging on maximizing our original investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Sales Cloud not only as a CRM but a way to write our purchase agreements for our salespeople. We use sales cloud for our full customer journey from a lead to converting and then through the customers buying journey which can be anywhere from a month to a year depending on how long they are under contract. We struggle with a true source as a one stop shop and are slowly working towards integrating other systems to feed into the platform to help our sales teams have more real time data to help guide our customers in the best buying experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a variety of benefits for our sales teams, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, collaboration tools, and customizable dashboards and reports. It also integrates with our other Salesforce products for a comprehensive sales and marketing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud sold as a single solution that would benefit both sales and marketing organizations - providing a personalized experience for our customers and team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our company manage our sales process more efficiently. Some of the problems it solves include: disorganized sales data, difficulty tracking leads and customer interactions, lack of visibility into the sales pipeline along with identifying oppotunities for marketing engagement with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a comprehensive tool that not only allows you to manage the process and pipeline but also analyze and change on the fly to respond to market needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be cost prohibitive but work with the account executives to ensure the product will meet your needs and budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and monitoring; fast to market delivery; informed decisions bs feelings.
Best CRM you can get your hands IN
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how concise and detailed sales Cloud can allow your sales team to be. From lead management to closing deals, salesforce CRM can do it all. I would highly recommend it to any Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is the continuous change of products and and offerings. It's hard to keep up with all the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling our sales team to have smarter insights and close more deals. Additionally, it allows us to run reports and create dashboards for easy visualizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud allows for our sales team to engage customers quickly. With the single source of truth guiding users, we are prepped for success

The only downside I would say is ensuring your change management plan accounts for all the features and functionality

It allows us to define who to call and when to call along with what to talk about
Salesforce is not just a tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its an ecosystem of powerful solutions, partners, and integrations. It can used by people with a wide range of skills and needs, and it all works together to give relatable insights that can be actioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to penetrate as governance models get bigger or more obfuscated over time. Need stronger taxonomy maps and data definitions that are exposed to reader level users not just technologists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead gen, conversion and relationship over time. It's a primary application for every phase of customer lifecycle from discover as an IP on our site through to lead and opp and then onboarded client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage lead and conversion of leads is easy and you can use lead score to convert your leads on your business logic.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce is always innovating their products and identifying new ways for sales teams to connect to customers. On particular, I love the Kannan boards and the sales path aspects of opportunity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my biggest pet peeves about Salesforce, in general, is the need to re-brand/re-name the same product over and over again. Additionally, it seems that it is difficult to truly get that 360 degree view of a customer when needing. To connect to other ERP systems, like SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is providing us with a tool to be able to start tracking our customers interactions in an easier wAy, without keeping our interactions in email.
Great Platform to Build a Foundation and Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is ready to assist. They can recommend partners to help with implementation and/or have great resources to provide self guidance. This platform emphasizes that it's available for anyone to learn and use to their own professional growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of products merried to multiple platforms can lead to a clunky system to navigate within. They seasonal product releases do a good job of providing solutions to address this experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just starting to introduce CRM into our business and it's helping us to address our standard core policies and metrics to move towards best practices. We are able to attract better talent.
