Enabling sellers to have all the tools needed to succeed
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the information needed at the tip of my fingers: my activity, notes, contact information, call recordings, and account mappings. No other tool provides the visibility and ease of use to accomplish my day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of a single component I don't like about sales cloud. Any issues are typically because it was not set up properly to begin with. The work flows allow for amazing customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of the data and outreach tools into one place. It enables me to accomplish more and stay informed every step of the way. We've been able to have more visibility into our pipeline which has increased our overall performance.
SF Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
By adopting the widely-used, industry standard CRM/sales platform, there is an endless number of resources available to help build out the necessary solution, or to easily use existing solutions instead of reinventing the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The isn't much I don't like about Salesforce Sales Cloud. There are occasionally some quirks that require a workaround, but are often resolved in near-future releases anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud replaces outdated CRM functionality with modern, industry-standard tools. It provides better visibility and increases efficiency, while significantly reducing training time.
Sales and marketing alignment!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud and sales engagement has helped our sales team progress leads quickly and thoughtfully while staying on brand. Marketing can give input and help strategize to help get the right engagements in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to have separation between sales engagement and marketing cloud account engagement. I'd love to see them integrated fora more seamless experience in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is helping us to better track and evaluate our leads, contacts and accounts. Using an ABM strategy, it's great to see the engagement levels of different contacts within an account.
Great tool and features for advisors
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized source of channels for advisors to reach out prospects.. and also maintain relationships with existing customers. Support clients every step of their life's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Sales cloud need to be able to connect with other systems to send out communication.. would be great if all channels of communications are available out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping maintain and create relationship with our clients. Create a bigger top funnel audience. Allow marketing team to gather insights directly the our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - powerful and intuitive- loads of add on. Everyone (and everything) integrates to Sales cloud - I have used this at multiple companies- standard alone best
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes are locked down - searching for colleagues reports - time it takes for admin changes - mobile could be a bit better - very strong solution though - great choice

Disability… Disability… Disability… We use salesforce also for tracking tasks, cases, and reporting on day-to-day activities for inside, selling teams, DTRs and partner channel selling teams

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps us out all information in one place for our organization. It's scales easily and has a full suite of additional products to help us as we grow and our needs evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things we set up initially in a way that we'd like to fix now but there has been too much built and invested in where we are. There are also a few functions of Maketing Cloud Account Engagement that could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently added Sales Engagement to help guide our less experienced sales team members. Having clear next steps and marking approved content has quickly increased our conversion rates.
Invaluable Source of Truth to Manage Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Get a 360 degree view of your leads and contacts in one convenient place. It's easy to create opportunities and manage the sales process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data from other Salesforce clouds is not completely available. Account Engagement is a good example. The marketing team has visibility of more data and it's not possible to sync it to Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier to manage the pipeline. The team is engaging more leads and creating more opportunities in a more efficient way. It's really helped streamline the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility this platform offers! The Salesforce team has been more than helpful and the dashboards and reports are second to none

I am a satisfied customer and have no dislikes to share

Gives me the flexibility to read our data several ways, make reports quickly and with very helpful charts and dashboards, and make decisions even on the goal. Love
Pipeline Management in Sales Cloud is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about SalesForce Sales Cloud is the opportunity management through utilizing stages and activities. This allows a sales rep to manage their pipeline effectively and close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like a lot of data management for a salesperson to maintain their pipeline.

Helping us to better report on forecasting.
