What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM one of the best technology for help to grow and manage your organization relationship to customer. It also help to track and analysis customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion there is no disadvantage about Salesforce CRM because it's always helping to grow businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized and Organized Data: Salesforce Sales Cloud allows sales team members to have all their customer data, contacts, and opportunities stored in one centralized location. This makes it easier to access and update information, ensuring that everyone has the most up-to-date data at their fingertips. It helps in organizing and managing sales leads, contacts, and accounts efficiently.

Complexity and Learning Curve: Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful and feature-rich platform, but its extensive capabilities can make it complex to navigate and use. Sales team members may require time and training to become proficient in using all the available features effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient Lead Management: Sales Cloud provides tools and features to manage leads effectively. Sales team members can track and prioritize leads, assign follow-up tasks, and set reminders. What do you like best about the product?
It helps in managing all needs of the customer at one place and it allows us to customize everything according to customer individaul needs and it has pre built features for customers that want to use existing functionality which provide all buisness perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is costly in terms of buying licences and maintaing them. Also sometimes the featues take a lot of time to implement which is a tedious job to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides automation tools to allow faster and easy ways of automating functionalities, It helped me to allow introducing complex automation featues which are done by sales cloud very easily.

It helps user to integrate with the third-party tools and also provide user one platform to track down all the details of product like opportunities, lead generation tools.

The support team is bit slow and takes longer time to respond needs to be improved overall it is good platform which provides best services for the users and admins

Secure where object and field level security given, fast and robust, customer oriented, peer connection, lighting supported, easy management for objects.

As we start using it and adding more things it become expensive one

What do you like best about the product?
As currently working on projects that uses sales cloud I can say that Sales Cloud provides a CRM system that allows user to store and manage all customer data in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a salescloud user I can say that salescloud is feature rich platform that means to use salescloud one must learn how to use it and more functionality means more to learn that makes it difficult to use. and being a subscription based product it may be high priced for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salescloud help me in analysis of sales process and in optimisation of it. as crm Sales Cloud centralizes customer data, allowing organizations to store and manage customer information in a unified platform.Sales Cloud provides real-time visibility into the sales pipeline, allowing organizations to track and monitor sales activities at various stages.

What do you like best about the product?
We can store all customers data at one place to analyse sales and customer feedback.It also provide prebuild feature or tools for sales.we can also marketing our products with sales cloud. It is analyse customers and provide its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce cloud is costly in terms of buying licence and also there are some limitations like storage, cpu and production is not same as development environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to customise based on product.it provide prebuild feature and tools so,we do not need to higher more developers for developing product using sales cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our Sales team find all their activity for quotes and leads in one place to follow up, log activity, or add an event. I like that we can work on implementing the benefits for our team so they learn to LOVE Salesforce as much as the admin team does.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate management tool does not always catch everything, so the sales team sometimes puts in duplicate leads, quotes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping improve our lead process, and identify good leads.

I love how much you can do with sales cloud. There are endless ways to customize to your company, and it is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many platforms to choose from, I find it hard to figure out what add ons work best.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform I found helpful for communication and dealing with the customer . Effective communication best for it's use and as it is one of the faster .
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhere the pricing and budget of the user . Else it's worth using and due to its effective and user friendly UI it is easy for the users to use it as needed and required.

Benefitting me for the customer interaction and have realized that it is somewhere best for me to use and increase the user and to contact and leads and opportunities as well
