What do you like best about the product?
One of the easiest and most optimized platform to use. The features in the salesforce and it's support system are truly remarkable. The platform makes is it easy manage all the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. I can do all the things I need on it. The updates provided by the support team has left nothing to dislike to about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives amazing lead management tools which has increased sales productivity in our company. Great Analytics provided by Salesforce helped us optimized our approach to the target audience. End-to-end sales are just easy with it.

Like any other salesforce application, the pricing starts increasing if we want to upgrade to production env. And avail more flexible limits,

The analytics solutions it provides, helps in finding the pain points which are holding the growth of business, as well it makes easier to onboard customers and provide them customized solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial for a user who wants to sale his product in the market as it make the sales process much easier and help the user to provide the best experience to the customer using predefined sales process. It provides support at each steps of selling a product i.e from marketing to customer care support sales cloud have easy and handy way of doing things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly there is nothing I dislike about sales cloud but yes it can be considered that It needs specialised training for a user to understand the full process of the sales cloud and the sandbox provided with the production org are slow and have low space which makes it difficult to develop and test using bulk data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it was a difficult task to create a product which can efficiently handle the sales process which indcules generating an opportunity ,find customers to buy it, quoting an amount and that handle the whole process from invoicing to shipping but now sales cloud provides a standard process for sales of product and if we need to customise our sales process then the customisation is easily possible with point and click tool. Also it's easy to track the sales performance with easy to create report and dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very amazing and simple tool business can use to improve their sales and revenue, it can be easily configured according to specific business solutions, and sales cloud have many products like CRM, CPQ etc which can really help user in their sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, but when there is api version difference then error is not occure in good maner which is hard to debug and resolve, global component can not be deleted

Salesforce sales cloud licence is slightly costly which results in small business cannot afford and implement in their business support and there are certain limitations to it.

It is easy to configure and has some general sales functionality that allows for quicker implementation.

There are so many different products in the SF family, Sales cloud NEEDS to have the Analytics included in the product instead of it being a catalog of add on's that continue to increase the cost. It gives an overall bad perception of the tool when we have to continually ask for additional budget to be able to provide the basic expected analytics in a corporate environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to create a single sales process that gives a better look at the pipeline, and our customers and allows for better cross-selling. It also is supporting our sales professionals in providing an easier tool that can be used on the go to capture the insights that we need to be able to provide the level of service that our customers deserve.

Customer service is unresponsive sometime and some emails and calls remain unanswered, they should be more dedicated toward customer support, and monthly and annual plans cost higer than other crms

If you work in sales, Salesforce sales can be quite beneficial. I adore how it makes everything more organised for me. Since I can simply search using keywords and get accurate results, it really helps me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet noticed anything concerning this software that I don't like. Instead, I laud it for the way that it assists me in managing all the information for my job.

arranging a large number of different pieces of information. I used to work in sales, and each account needed a place to store documents. Simple keyword searches yield incredibly precise results.
