What do you like best about the product?
You can easily maintain data of leads snd projects and also can arranged them in a sophisticated manner, it will make your working life hectic and stress free, support is also good
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find it more complex during the initial phase during configuration, and also it is a lil bit epensive side, without any technical support it's a tough task to configure SalesForce CRM according to organisations

My company has been using the sales force CRM for quite some time now and so far the tool has been extremely helpful. Not only has it helped us manage our leads but enhanced the customer contact management for us and automated and streamlined the workflow for the team as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though I love how everything is built in for us and very little customization is required for the system to work seamlessly, some operators have trouble navigating the program. Also, massive data inputs have caused the system to lag once or twice. The search function and user interface could both use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software handles everything from lead scoring to funneling potential leads for us. We use the sales force CRM to track sales prospects and interaction between the sales team and clients. All thanks to the software we can easily create a dashboard to help the stakeholders better understand the current business stats. It also keeps us on track with our daily activities and reminds us of the upcoming schedules.

Excellent, user-friendly software for small and start-up enterprises who require it. It is simple to install and use and have a user-friendly interface. Used it in customer support as well and the capability it provides is amazing.

The tool is comparatively costly than other options is the biggest thing one could dislike. Other minor glitches and bugs are something we can expect from any software.

This provides a robust user interface that is really lightning fast and very easy to use. The third-party integration is also very fast and seamless on this platform, I have done many integrations such as integration with the Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and many more, I also get some APIs for the integration too.

It can be difficult to use if you don't know what you're doing, so it has a steep learning curve. Out-of-the-box setup won't work for most companies, so customization is required to set it up for your business (which is always costly). You can't have an average business person do the setup or the advanced tasks, you have to hire it out to expensive consultants.
