Best Tool for managing business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage leads and sales pipeline, easy to configure in environment, user will get comfortable working on SalesForce, just a training is required for them to get hands on experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lil bit on costliest side, it's a challenging task to configur SalesForce in environment, it requires support or consulting spoc toearn things in CRM overall a good package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps in project management, sales and pipeline management, i can easily chase sales after getting regular update from SalesForce, it's an easy task to manage CRM without any Coding experience
It was a excellent learning experience and justify business needs

Sales cloud helps in providing a cloud solution for sales and that to in a secure medium and thus simplifies bussinee needs by providing an efficient sales solution

The detail on trailhead for Sales Cloud are not clearly defined. Even the videos & community articles are not providing complete descriptive information about Sales Cloud

As we are considering Sales Cloud for sales engagement activities, thus it will help in simplifying the sales process within the organization and will help in effective lead to opportunities conversion by maintaining transparency at all levels

What do you like best about the product?
Best sales management tool out there, you can easily manage Sales leads and pipelines; project tracking is one of the best features, and configuration can be quickly done without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn the management and configuration of this tool, some times it's not that user-friendly, without any support it's not that easy to configure the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization, Coding experience is not required for most of the Administration part; provide robust analytics (reporting) improves overall Sales and Marketing strategies.

One of the best SFDC features is how well it integrates with Various Systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Software is very Buggy. Every time we add a new feature, there are a few bugs spotted.

Majoirty of the platforms do not integrate with various systems. With SFDC our company can integrate with Majority of the Software companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Rich in features, easy to manage leads and pipelines of the sales department. also I can manage projects and also track the projects going on in the different teams, integration is possible with third party softwares

A lil bit expensive for a small businesses, and most users find it challenging because for configuration part user must be trained enough to do it on his own, it's not easy to do it without support.

I can manage my projects and track the leads, pipelines of ongoing sales, their support is also good, and most important logging of calls is also possible in CRM solution

It helps us to track all the activity like revenue generation and expense generation, also we use tabCRM to visualize the data which is stored in the salesforce cloud.

Configuration at the initial stages is time-consuming and is not user friendly, we have to take help from third party, secondly it is very expensive, but anyway it is worth the money paid.

We have integrated Salesforce with other applications like workflow, ERP, and MySQL, Salesforce cloud helps users to channelize their customer's information and track their splits and revenue achieved and their Quota attainment rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an easy to use CRM saas which eases your sales process with pre built sales processes. And it also helps to boost your sales by providing tools to monitor your sales performance with the help of reports and dashboards. It also helps in automate some process.

Sales cloud is quite a bit costly and sometimes governer limits also cause the performance to slow. Alsp it needs specialized training for the users to use the sales cloud and understand it's features.

It helps in handling large amount of data very efficiently with batches and queueables. It helps to automate process with flows and approval processes. We can also customize our process according to our requirements with point to click tool

SalesForce CRM is highly customizable; I can manage and monitor the leads, and call logging is also there; it has user-friendly interface after a certain amount of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning training is a long process for some users, and they find it challenging at the time of configuration, one more suggestion is that the user interface can be more simplified.
