What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is an effective tool and platform for manage all your sales and customers engagement at one plateform, which can also be analysed using its provided action with best analysis which tends to better understanding of your sales and accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud has some limitations with its action and it has to be renewed and maintained in different period cycles. Buying licenses is some what expensive for small business which are looking for tools likes sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solving many issues like time consuming task to analyse all your sales and customer accounts which increased the business scope and goals . Its user interface is user friendly and all the action can be performed in well manner and best way.

What do you like best about the product?
sales cloud helped to view all the analysis of sales and accounts with all the required information. best thing about sales cloud is you can access it regardless of any place ame view and keep tabs whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are something that are required to update in sales cloud to work seamlessly, there are some limitations to perform bulk action which leads to time consumption which can be done by doing work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time saving which earlier took lots of time to review all the sales and account related information, now with help of sales cloud you can do it in blink of eyes, which increase the productivity of business and saved lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sales Cloud one can enhance their sales career, close the deal and understand the customer requirements better

Nothing , As it only enhance the productivity

As a sales rep it is tedious task to close the deal by doing repetitive activity , through the sales cloud everything can be manageable and through this one can track everything at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables users and businesses to track leads, deals from their customers. It allows the users to create custom fields, workflows, validation rules etc. to effectively manage their personal or unique buisness perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is alought a very effective tool for buisness but one main disadvantage is that it is costly for small buisnesses and as the main component that buisness need is customization and integerations, its pricing structure is complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly it is solving the otherwise quite tedious tasks by automating the work for users by the use of triggers, workflow rules, approval processes. Also it is a great place to manage data effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Not much, really really really not muchh
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't believe Salesforce is this big. The interface is difficult to navigate, their support articles are minimal and not good, they don't even have live support. Seriously, one of the worst big name platforms out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales and leads through the entire sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
There are literally a hell lot of features that we have been using on the Sales Cloud including Lead to cash, forecasting, reporting, orders and quote with documents
What do you dislike about the product?
With this platform, there is literally nothing to dislike. This have a lot of features, OOTB or custom, but the only thing which can be talked about is the license cost which comes a little on a high end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have configured our Salesforce sales cloud for leads generation, nurturing to quote generation and then to order generation. We are also using the forecasting feature of the tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly customizable to fit specific business process workflow needs within our organization. Most of the out of the box solutions are easy to deploy. Insights provide us valuable real-time experiences to make more informed business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The B2B sales functionality and out of the box processes could use more attention. For example, components for account planning and org chart mapping for various functions should be native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial aspect of Sales Cloud, in my 10 years of experience working with the platform, is that you can: automate business processes, include other functions besides sales, and there's a large expert community willing to provide tools and resources you need to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
As I have worked on Sales Cloud, I can say that one of the standout features of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its versatility. Whether you are a sales representative, manager, or executive, Sales Cloud provides the necessary tools to manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts effectively.
The user interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud is intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, and the customizable dashboards allow users to personalize their experience based on their preferences and priorities. The ability to access Sales Cloud from any device, be it a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, ensures that sales teams can stay connected and productive even when on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It is on the expensive side for small businesses.
- It is very rich in features, so there is a bit of learning curve which is tricky to a beginner.
-While Salesforce Sales Cloud provides mobile access, allowing users to work on-the-go, it relies heavily on an internet connection. Offline functionality is limited, which can be a drawback in areas with unreliable or no internet access. This limitation may hinder productivity for field sales representatives or when users are traveling.

Sales Cloud allows me to store and manage all customer-related information in a single, centralized location. This eliminates the need for spreadsheets, manual record-keeping, or fragmented data across various systems. What do you like best about the product?
It makes the sales process much easier as it provides end to end operations such as dashboard, reports, customer contact, triggering emails, creating order and opportunities based on deals with customer

High cost and also it needs a long and specialized training to understand the working of it. Also the sandbox provided are slow. And hav elow space.

Before sales cloud making an application which can handle the Sales process efficiently was difficult as we have to plan things and do them From scratch but now sales cloud provides many already developed functionality and also the option to customise the pre existing ones.
