What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and customisable. Awesome stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit of a steep learning curve. Flows can be difficult sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers and providing solutions. Vwry good stuff. Able to make flows and approval processes and easy to use. Very interesting stuff thanks for the tech.

Salesforce is great for user integration and team communications that simplify a lot of processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer communication is not as effective as in other platforms to track communications with customers but its great with team communication

What do you like best about the product?
best CRM tool available right now, easy to configure, easy dashboard for managing and tracking the leads of sales and ongoing projects, easy to implement in environment
What do you dislike about the product?
not so easy dashboard for novice persons, will need help of support for implementing the solution, and it's bit on a expensive side, not ideal for small and medium businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's best CRM for managing leads and projects for sales and project teams, ideal for businesses, no coding experience is required for managing the tool, user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
its a brilliant interface for account management and pipeline management - its cloud version also allow =s good amount f storage and data management - an absolute win win
What do you dislike about the product?
th only real downside that I can think of is its pricing -- it needs to be more affordable and more accesible for small businesses
maybe this is something that can be worked out eventually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
overall the cloud suite reduces my need to buy server storage -- it also is very easy to get trained on. it benefits me because it allows good tracking at good efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software and explainable to others
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing it is a problem along with the cost. It is not HR oriented software which makes it difficult for recruiters to use this software effectively. Could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my data is in one place and thus it becomes a ready repository for me to use it effectively. Easy to track everything at once place plus reports can be generated easily

The best part of salesloft is we can access all the data of the multiple activities that has happened on one account and also helps in understanding the activities
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel like there is something I do not like, may be you can try and braistorm and add some graphics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps in avoiding adding unneseccary users on the acount and helped in not spamming the clients multiple times and when there is a meeting taken it is easy to reach out to users whom we had meeting with

What do you like best about the product?
It's supportive in providing insights to the sales team. With the new additional feature of Einstein being installed in, we're able to get more insights with what we can improve on, and what is working well within the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Although a powerful tool and industry standard, the UI/UX is outdated compared to the newer tools out there, in my opinion, if Salesforce can work on its UI/UX, it will be able to set itself up for the next generations of sales/marketing people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can connect via our third-party applications by providing us with a dashboard to manage our metrics. It hosts all our sales information and keeps track of the activities of our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is an platform that can be used for many things and it suites well for large teams or any high grow scaling business. It helps the customers to get the best communication through SAAS. It help in team improvement and trusted relationships or reports

For me I didn't found any dislike except it is expensive. For some of the software I need to pay to get the service which may become the dislike and here many things are there so learning never ends.
