What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive and the user experience is extraordinary. Never worked with a crm as good as salesforce. The price is fair and there are updates every few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Customers Complain about the Price Bit in my oppinion it's actually fine compared to what you get for it. As a consultant the learning curve is a bit hard at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting an overview over the sales pipeline and being able to report on every single kpi. Reporting capabilities are beyond every other product I ever worked with.

What do you like best about the product?
It covers the basics and then gives you all options to optimise it and your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Some things are a bit to 'standardized'

It streamlines Sales processes and ensures that leads and customers are contacted at the right place and time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love their AI capabilities and forecasting is amazing too.

Also all the ways to collaborate using chatter or slack always make the sales process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it takes a while to set up and they are many hidden thing ob salesforce

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to qualifie leads and makes lead Genretion a lot easier since it always us to truly see which lead is new.

Sales Cloud enables us to manage all our prospects and customers in a single easy to manage system - making use of automation, reporting and leading technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike since the system is so flexible and can be customised to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our system of truth - we use it to manage our whole company, from working with prospects through to managing our ongoing relationship with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
No expensive development required to tailor it to your needs and always improving. You are always on the latest release meaning no expensive upgrade program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as easy as the demos make out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As soon as you need to keep track of multiple deals across multiple sales people and then predict a revenue stream from that, a tool like salesforce become invaluable.

Too many options and possibilities can make it complex for a simple user to navigate without a good admin set up

What do you like best about the product?
The innovation on the platform is amazing and helps me do my day job in an efficient manner. The 3 updates per year amazes me that they can innovate that quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the fact that there are multiple applications that work alongside - for me Salesforce CPQ and billing were a great addition

We have everything on the platform - reducing the need for other applications
