What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, various functions, always innovating to keep up with the newest introductions within the technology world. Especially their inclusion of new AI features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can fault with, no problems with us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to seperate our customers, see their activity and engagement levels. We can easily see our email perfomance by segment and to test our ideas and easily see results

What do you like best about the product?
One place to hold all of your customer data and track the full sales process from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects such as flows / apex can be tricky to pick up from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding customer data and previous / future sales.

The load speeds of the system however this could be related to the company wifi

It solves the issues of communication and keeping track of clients and consultant placements

The Load speed of the system but it depends on your isp

What do you like best about the product?
Accelerate productivity, Sales cloud let you do more. Drive even more productivity by automating complex business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Governor limits or salesforce sales cloud has a data limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better time management,ultimate accessibility, greater customer satisfaction, increased revenue, trusted reporting,improved team collaboration but a few.

What do you like best about the product?
Less time spent assisting others with queries, more time to learn about sales cloud which is beneficial to my career.
It separates sales from other departments which in itself is great
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow sometimes. Time wasted and people being impatient causes some issues. It can be confusing to set up for some people as they don't fully understand the sales process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to spend less time attempting to solve people's issues with the platform and allowed them to be able to look at the problems themselves. It's easy to use. Extremely user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The automations you can build with flow and all the different products you can integrate. Love the tableau integration how easy it is to sit ontop of sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations with standard objects although these are getting better eg dynamic forms being rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting and building out a custom solution around competitive opportunities not skewing forecasting (using a custom object and flow to distribute probability)

You have to follow the Salesforce approach to handling sales. If you try and venture outside of this then there are a few issues

Reporting, and oversight into all sales

There are few processes in salesforce which can be ironed out but nothing i dont like

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is absolutely the most configurable CRM system I've ever used. Whatever automation you want to be able to carry out, there will be a way of doing in Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides, but I would say learn to walk before you an run. Understand the reason for making changes in the system and do so in a planned and controlled way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has become our RRP system, much more than just a CRM. We operate 98% of our business across accounts, contacts and cases. It holds every user to account and keeps all our data in one place
