What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the easiest to learn and pick up. It offers the most support and continued learning with trailheads
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating lists for agents could be easier. So they can work through their opportunities quicker. It should be as easy as making reports

I really liked about Sales path ,flow also dynamic form and Salesforce CMS
What do you dislike about the product?
As such I didn't find any dislike for Sales cloud

It's giving us more revenue and more custome centric

What do you like best about the product?
Customer 360 means that you have everything todo with your customers all in one place. You can manage the end to end relationship with your customers seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
It can require some extensive configuration depending on your customers and set up. Data migration can be problematic if data quality is low. It can take some time to get it to the state that you want it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing out of date clunky systems and bringing something which has customers front and centre of the experience .it streamlined the customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform to collate potential business leads and opportunities and see them through to delivery. Chatter is also a great benefit to enable collaboration

Sometimes can be a little complicated to setup with pipeline inspection and budget tracking

Business processes all run through Salesforce now allowing for faster conversations

What do you like best about the product?
It's wonderful functionalities to meet CRM requirements. Easier implementation and faster time to market. Easy to use and make business delightful.

Nothing. We sell it as implementation partner.

It helps us to automate order capture journey and order management solution for clients to make them happy and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability for external customers to interact with the system such as partners wishing to submit contracts or 3rd party operations. The product has been user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that caused a delay in being able to get started was the inability to view functionality on an ad hoc basis through videos. Inability to view out of the box functionality before starting development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for crm that is standardised as much as possible and supportable. Also needed to be externally facing for 3rd parties to be able to utilise when needed

What do you like best about the product?
For my user case, the customisation of profiles & appointment scheduling has been a life saver. Also the ability to integrate custom, in-house platforms has been the core reason we went with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui to be honest is a little old school. The admin part can be a little clunky and take a while to get use to. Our stakeholders especially were put off by the way of school look
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to trim our appointment creation time down from 12 mins to under 2. It means we can spend more time making calls and appointments and an increase in LTV

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce salescloud helped us to scale our business and to create more transparency in our sales department. The. app exchange is a great idea and you can easily add new apps to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an awesome tool. Sometimes I would like to have more AI out of the box included in the standard package. It's helpful and should be included in a modern system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, collaboration with experts, opportunity management, lead nurturing and much more. It's a comprehensive CRM and I like the connection to slack and other Salesforce products.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud comes with market boom which provide necessary resources that increase user experience. It also useful for automating business workflow and enhancing user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it very useful but it is somewhere costly as well, non Salesforce customer are finding difficulties in using it as it requires a special skills to use it in day to day activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working as consultant so I can provide customer to solutions which increase market growth also there is no requirement of hardware and software so performance is excellent
