Revolutionary Sales Enablement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud comes preconfigured out of the box with a full fledged sales process that customers can use to better understand and developer their business strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very powerful and allows for a wealth of customisations. I find for smaller less matured business this can be quite overwhelming. Fortunately a lot of the platform comes preconfigured with best in class practises from the industry to ensure your business is successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows a business to have a holistic view of our customers and to be able to action sales motions at the right time to ensure our products sell and the business is successful.

What do you like best about the product?
The agility and flexibily of using sales cloud. The reporting and dashboard capabilies Sales cloud provides. The feature of Salesforce flows, triggers for automations. Sending email and logging activity for sales teams
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many issues but only thing I can say is, even though it is low code there are some needs to do coding to full fit certain requirments. Dashboard improvements for example have feature to filter date ranges in by filter fields. Ie able to have a date picker the filter screen so a sales member can check their opportunities between certain dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track all areas..ie the activity time line is very useful. We can see call logs, emails, task and events. The other benefit is pipeline inspection it was very useful for our sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce let me optimise my campaigns and works fluidic for our forecasting. Helps to manage accounts, cuatomers and leads in a efficient way. Would definitely try to automate more things on it.

Have some partial knowledge about the system.

Customers complaints and sales order processing

It helps to know the hot leads and then the sales agents can convert those prospects I to customers.

How customisable it can be for all sectors.
The ability to add in native apps that sit seamlessly on top of the platform which can drive adoption very easily. Also, it's easy to connect to other things like FormAssembly and Docusign.

What do you dislike about the product?
When Apex was reigning it was very hard to move people away from it to the newer capabilities. Onboarding without the right tools can be daunting for new user to comprehend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone working on separate spreadsheets is such a hassle - locking and unlocking for specific people.

Lead to Opportunity Conversion with Forecasting as well

Cpq model is not upto standar because of that we have to use other cpq products like cloud sense, etc

It provides complete end to end crm feature which eventually helps business to grow and inc their roi

Helps me organise and present my data in a proficient way and enable me to have one single source of the truth

Can sometimes be a bit complex at time so need to often refer back to the training

Everything was saved in separate area and now everything can be together and analysed easier

I am delighted about the launch of automotive cloud. I'm really interested to see how this develops to supports the changing needs of the industry

There are too many options to utilise. It feels like we are only scratching the Surface

Very easy to use, extremely customizable alongside out of the box tools that make the user experience a piece of cake

Limitations aren't always clear. Highlights panel only accepting 7 fields (including primary field) is on example.

Ease of use for reporting on Sales stats. Client 360 view and asset managing. Easy integration implementation

My currents need to be able to capture prospects and get updated info to be and to sell better. By using sales cloud, they are able to sell effectively, efficiently.

We are now trying to merge ask the different tools used in the entire org. So we need to re calculate the efficiency of the sales cloud and decide if r need to move to cg cloud

Keeping the sales representatives and managers and the team updated and informed so as to be able to sell better. It makes them more productive and gives them time to engage in selling activities instead of admin
