Lead to Sale!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how the sales process is completely automated in Salesforce. You can easily go from lead to an opportunity on both new and existing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the standard reporting templates could be improved. Too much focus on forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
We have built a complete end-to-end solution on top of the sales cloud platform. Salesforce has enabled us to run our opportunities from start to finish and keep track with making sure the right people have the right information at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the price is slightly on the premium side. While there is a HUGE community of developers around it in the community for free additional add-ons to the platform; most elements directly from SF are paid on a licensing basis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables us to track and allocate leads, develop and build on our relationships and ensure the very best in delivering our services. We've been able to heavily customise and build on the platform in order to enable us to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place makes life easy! Data and AI allows you to grow and progress as a business while encouraging your sales teams to work independently
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn. Sales Cloud is progressing every year and its difficult to keep up. Change is good but sometimes I feel we have hadn't time to adjust to the last update 😁
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows easy management of large amounts of data. We're able to ring fence for clients and yet continue to analysis data on a whole. Sales cloud is easy to learn and therefore easy to roll out

What do you like best about the product?
Having all information and tool I'm one place. The automations and standard objects are already very good designed. Sales Cloud was one of the Clouds where I had to do less customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually have no complains. It is user friendly and also intuitive. There are also loads of information on trailhead and other places about how to use. Sales cloud was the best one until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing more Leads. Using Sales cloud it was easier to analyze the data. Organizing where we are, where we should go and how we can do it better. It helped organizing and growing

Sales leads and AI for sales rep to be able to get the correct information and act upon it. Sales cloud has increased productivity and revenue

The cost and the amount of time to review upgrades. Integration with legacy systems and development abilities. The support is great but the add one like loyalty and other products are expensive

It has solved continual continuity across multiple teams and allows for increased sales
Easy to use and set up
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is very easy to set and start using with very minimum customizariom. I like the out of the box reports which are very handy for agents to use and build

Not a dislike its the Price/ license is higher in my opinion.

Endless opportunities for boosting process effenciency
What do you like best about the product?
As a Global Sales Operations Manager, the best part of Sales Cloud, is having a single platform for all our sales-related data, being able to investigate pipeline, log activities, share market knowledge across teams/countries, and most importantly being able to report on all this information as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always so many new features and functionalities to explore, and not enough time/resources to fully understand and leverage them! This isn't necessarily the fault of Salesforce, but it can be tough to keep up with all the new features, and offerings - especially with this new AI wave!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us an overall view into what are our Sales Reps are doing and selling, where they are doing well and where they are struggling. Also giving our reps a cloud based platform to work on their sales deals, without worrying about losing track of their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes sales a breeze for our team. Everything is at your fingertips and integration with other systems is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Maybe the cost as with most Salesforce products, it can get expensive in a tight market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with other systems was always a big one for us but this has solved it for us.
User experience
What do you like best about the product?
Visually looks good and generally straight forward to find what I'm looking for and prompts are usually helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When finding object preferences or to edit things it is not always obvious where the button is, user details are hidden off to the side when trying to discover activity of a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and the ability to cross reference information with external sources
If used properly can be a very powerful, clean interface lots of plugin opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
If good data it's reporting, it's out of the box sales workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage the amount of additional plugins of other applications required to carry out a full end to end (ie contract signature etc)

A first and central data point for all sales leads and opportunities enabling us to gain insights and trends and drive more sales and opportunities
