My company struggles with technical debt. Mostly this has been from questionable architecture from the past and not understanding requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud has significantly enhanced my productivity and efficiency, saving me time and improving my performance. The centralized system allows for easy, cloud-based access, streamlining management tasks and consolidating all my operations in one place without the fear of losing data.

The price of Salesforce Sales Cloud is a significant concern for me. I find it too expensive, which makes me hesitant about repurchasing it unless there is a reduction in cost. Additionally, I experienced initial complexity when setting up and understanding the system. Although improvements have been made over time, the early challenges were notable.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to boost sales, bring more revenue, enhance team productivity, and efficiency, and manage everything centrally, eliminating Excel sheet management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud improves customer relationship management and facilitates closing deals with prospective students. It significantly increases productivity thanks to its technology and provides valuable tools to understand our customers' reviews. I also appreciate the easy implementation now that we are familiar with the system, and I consider the product to be of the highest quality.

I found the setup process a bit complicated because the team implementing it was not very familiar with the platform and had to learn a lot about it.

I don't like that making changes in the configuration is a slow process.

I have the complete information of the candidates in a simple, accessible, and secure way. Additionally, I can see what stage of the process my prospects are in, which facilitates management and accessibility for my employees.
