Increases productivity in a huge way
What do you like best about the product?
Customisation capabilities, ease of use and support you get from account executives
You really can mould it into any sort of an org, the extra suites like service cloud really set it apart having collaboration between departments in a company

I wouldn't say there's much wrong with the product as a whole, it just can be quite complex at the start and pricy for a soloprenuer just starting out I guess

Seeing our sales performance as a company and trends that we can leverage for further growth

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you facility to customise and manage sales process. Being in technical leadership I found this is best platform I have used.

nothing, I did not find anything wrong with product.

It is single source of truth for sales users
Sales Cloud as a solution for many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can be used for different types of clients and use cases. I have implemented SC to customers in completely different industries such as financial services to manage risk assessment, real estate as a CRM system to name a few. It has fulfilled the client's expectations and didn't disappoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to flag nigh priority emails is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current project it's managing risk assessment for the client using accounts, opportunities combined with custom objects and custom metadata

Seamless automation of complex sales processes into one CRM, with easy to navigate reporting and dasboard capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm generally fond of the sales cloud but one of the limitations I came across relates to historical reporting.

Revolutionising Business Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The way that Salesforce Sales Cloud organises customer data, and allows automation of repetitive tasks. My favourite thing to do in Sales Cloud is building flows, as you can build custom and complex automations without needing to code it. I also love reports and dashboards and the insights into the data, te drag and drop simplicity of the report builder but with features to create more complex reports using report formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things that customers ask me to build that are not possible in Salesforce. For instance, being able to tag email messages as high priority. Also out of the box that the related tab is default and not the details tab! First thing I do in a new org is change it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing email automation using templates, email alerts and flow. My clients always love that hey don't have to retype and send emails that they frequently. Using custom formulas to score leads is also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how configurable it is and yet how it also works out of the box. Being a geek and a problem solver, it's great for me to work with as I can build a scenario for just about everything imaginable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a huge beast and takes a lot of learning. Plus interrogating an org you have inherited which has no documentation can be really challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us monitor sales and Interactions, and predict our whitespace for cross selling. Also knowing which of our people are undertaking what activities and work with our clients.

It is one of the best CRM tool that I have come across and sales cloud particularly does the most brilliant work by the way it helps people like me to customise so that my sales users works makes easy and also it is a simple application allows users to adapt easily without knowing much about the technical aspects

Nothing much as of now as I am yet to utilise the complete sales cloud futures. I like the way it allows to build the opportunities and sales stage process which make users to easily understand the status of it also the integration future it provides to integrate with multiple applications

It is just solving every problem that my sales users were facing while using other CRM tools and sales cloud is simple yet most powerful tool which makes my sales users work easily

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a best in practice set of tools, flows and practices to accelerate use and can be further customised to specific needs
In terms of competition, it offers much more scope for enhancement and has a superb product roadmap from Salesforce delivering new and exciting capabilities all the time.
The UI and experience for end users is modern and well thought out, allowing key information to be readily available and customisation can further enhance for specific business needs.

The platform can be too customisable at times, needing to reign in developers and teams to use the standard or simple approaches where possible

It provides the management of our contacts and accounts from leads and opportunities through to orders and ongoing retention

A new experience with CRM and Retail Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has helped us provide Agents with a good experience to use. The Platform is easy to use and has allowed us to onboard agents without too much difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that are not enabled/useful dor our industry. We have needed to work with our partners and the Salesforce customer success team to understand features applicable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agents in the market using different DMS. Trying to provide a unified DMS system. Ensure Agents have up to date and relevant information about the customer in front of them. Integrate multiple internal systems to create a customer 360 view.
