What can you say with one of the biggest CRM platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an incredible tool to elevate all commercial teams and to ensure that there is data consistency and realtime 360 degree view of the: lead, prospect and finally customers account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when data tends to get too much te reporting and the dashboards can take a while to refresh, some aggregations with lots of data tend to crash reports too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps the teams achieve incredible results, whilst helping the managers have an overview of their team members.
It does this by having very configurable page layouts, custom objects and an insane amount of integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customisable, easy to configure and allows us to automate processes with ease. Users can see at a glance all interactions that have taken place with our customer by other parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey. Although it's easy to configure, I find it difficult to keep on top of all the new features that get released to ensure our users are always getting the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to see where our reps are spending their time and we can then analyse that against financial data and if we need to refocus our attention we can do that.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Salesforce path in combination with a simple flow automation to ensure our Sales reps include all relevant prospect and customer information. It allows our sales staff to focus on actually selling our products vs keeping track of fields and order of steps to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit if a learning curve both for brand new users and for trainee admins and it is not always intuitive. We were also late adopters of Lightning experience so this definitely olayed a role in onbording issues. The nain downside is license cost, but it is the best solution for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email and activity tracking is brilliant, then sales performance reporting and management. It allows for a flexible and team focused selling approach while giving our sales managers the tools to improve, recognize and reward individual performance.
Very positive, I love Sales Cloud.

I am a Consultant QA and have worked with many different companies using Sales Cloud and I love how configurable it can be for different companies and end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a QA and not an end users it is very hard for me to answer this question as I am not using it day in day out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again not as an end user, but as a QA that has worked on multiple projects for multiple different companies I have seen first hand how the Developers have been able to configure Sales Cloud to meet the acceptance criteria and to improve the lives of the end users
Simple and powerful CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredibly flexible tool and can be customized to meet the workflows of almost any organization. We have been using enterprise level editions of this platform in our org and very happy with the overall output.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data limit issues. Sometimes we need to upgrade to a expensive plan to buy extra storage space to meet their expanding data needs so this is the thing that I dont like about sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves time management and planning. It can be little challenging to deal with the tasks each day, week. So in such situations we can use such platform and cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The core functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful and allows enterprise sales teams to manage their leads and opportunities effectively. The Pipeline Inspection tool is a relatively new feature and is very useful. It's also easy to create list views, reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more flexibility around permissions related to the Opportunity Split object, specifically managing who can edit splits without placing people in a higher role in the role hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential to the running of our business. It provides a single view of the customer and supports all the core processes from prospecting through to the closure of the sale.

What do you like best about the product?
A basic CRM for Sales is up and ready in short span of time. No time spent in setting up server, databases, complex ui pages. It can be up in as short as 10 min for use by teams.

Governor limits, limits on number of fields etc but that all can overcome with right planning and design

Salesforce Sales Cloud is excellent for customer 360 view, but needs better forecasting capabilities

With Salesforce Sales Cloud, I am consistently impressed by its potent combination of utility and ease of use. The most beneficial aspect, in my opinion, is its seamless contact management system. It provides a 360-degree view of each customer, encapsulating everything from communication history to purchases and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce forecasting capabilities could be improved. As it`s not very flexible, is not fitting most of the business needs and business models.

Our Sales and Account management users can have a customer 360 view, and we can make data-driven decisions to generate more revenue.

Sales cloud is a really great product if you're looking to accelerate your Sales processes and gain complete transparency from both a sales agent and manager perspective.
The best features make it easy for relationships and interactions to be logged in one central place and when you can unlock the automations to streamline processes and make repetitive tasks easy.
They are regularly updating the platform and bringing new features which is a game changer.

It can be quite expensive and the learning curve can be challenging for some.
You need an experienced partner who can understand your processes to unlock the full potential quickly.

The key problem it solves is removing the legacy systems that are built in house normally creating internally and are not well maintained and therefore can be buggy.
