What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud suite provides an invaluable resource for sales teams through its comprehensive and intuitive lead management system. By automating the sales cycle, organizations can easily generate leads, manage them efficiently, and nurture relationships with prospects for long-term success. Its features allow users to significantly reduce their time spent on mundane tasks, so they can focus more on forming beneficial partnerships with customers at every stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite Salesforce Sales Cloud's many features and benefits, some users may find it challenging. For those who are unfamiliar with the platform or CRM systems in general, the learning curve can be steep, since there are numerous configuration options that must be understood before they can be fully utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Salesforce Sales Cloud because it simplifies my job and optimizes how I interact with customers. The tool gives me instant access to all the important data, so I can deal directly with customer inquiries.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, a little bit on the expensive side .
Despite intuitiveness, may require some learning curve for users who are new to CRM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the CRM journey very easy with the set of tools and capabilities it provides along with attractive and insightful dasboarding, Lead/opportunity management and forecasting is great.

What do you like best about the product?
In Salesforce CRM, we used Salesforce Sales Cloud, which provides our sales users with significant potential to successfully achieve contracts by gathering a lot of valuable information, facilitating the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the cost of the user license, there is nothing else I felt the need to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using validations, our process becomes easier and more compatible at the UI level, especially with the lightning version, automating the process of converting leads to opportunities, enabling easy billing with simple clicks, and solving many more problems.
Seamless customer relationship management
What do you like best about the product?
Different queues for customer support tickets based on the type of issue are the most time-saving and efficient for customer support teams. Competitors have single queues where agents need to scour through tons of tickets before finding out what is relevant and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a little slow in terms of opening new tabs and takes about 5-8 seconds to load completely. This should be made faster as every second can impact SLA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company receives customer support tickets for almost every issue a financial technology company can face. SFDC makes it possible for us to streamline each queue based on type of issue or product thus making sure that the ticket gets assigned to the right team.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud acts as a centralised repository for customer and prospect information. As a CSM it allows me to store and manage data related to contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities in one place. This centralisation improves data accuracy, eliminates duplication, and gives the Customer success manager team and sales teams a holistic view of customer interactions, facilitating more personalised and targeted effort. The platform includes automated lead routing, opportunity updates, email templates, and workflow automation.
We have integrated the platform with our Hubspot marketing Hub, Intercom, and Chargebee platform. This integration ecosystem helped us to create a unified view of customer interactions across different departments and leverage data from multiple sources to enhance the process and customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is vast, and hence took immense effort to understand the platform. But once the platform is handy, the ROI is as expected and eases a lot of manual steps required to maintain Excel sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, we need to maintain customers' Opportunities and make quoted for renewals from time to time. As this is a collaborative task between the sales, the CSM and the Revenue team, the Excel method was unsuccessful, creating confusion and monetary loss. Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped maintain the lead and the opportunities, helping all the departments be on the same page and helping us forecast the revenue without any confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like mostly the interface as we can customise according to our organisation and workflows and the automated tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Salesforce sales cloud from last 3 years. I don't see much to dislike because they keep on updating the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy workflows which helped sales team to track the prospect journey and close the deals accordingly and also time saving.

The interface and software is very user friendly. If any one use the software for first time they will use properly.

After using the software since 2 years only one this I want to suggest that is any update the can provide to users or the holder that will be grate. Otherwise every this is perfect.

In our organization we have to maintain very huge data of our customer also need to secure the data. Salesforce will help use to do that. Also easy to acces the data.

It saves my login for all applications that link to Salesforce. It was easy to learn to use successfully. Helps me set reminders to reach out to a customer. Allows me to message my boss or inside sales effortlessly

I dislike the error other I don't have any issue with the sales cloud and I dislike tab way I think it would be better in awesome way the people easily identified

Sales Cloud solves every market problem in a better way. Sales cloud collects one company Information in one way we don't go for different pages for it thank you
