Superior flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has outstanding flexibility for adapting to different sales processes within the same org. It is easy to customize (with the help of an experienced admin) and has the ability to automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there have been some improvements over the years, Sales Cloud dashboards could use some advancement. At this time, they are very limited. Salesforce does have an analytics solution to solve this problem, but it is an additional cost on top of an already pricey base license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps our sales team identify and reach out to potential customers, keep track of multiple opportunities and monitor their bookings goals throughout the year. It also provides critical reporting for sales managers/execs to know which opportunities are in jeapordy and need executive support.
Salesforce has been a revelation for our team and it just keeps getting better the more we use it!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and intuitive design for easy onboarding are huge benefits. Reporting and dashboards that don't require a developer to create or modify is so empowering to our managment team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a salescloud issue, more of our configuration, but I really dislike Chatter. It's a dumping ground for lazy documentation and doesn't enforce best data entry practices that we need for our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is the big gain with Sales Cloud. Between dashboards and reporting, there is no where for underperforming tactics (or agents) to hide! Our inside sales close rate is up and unworked tasks are almost non-existent.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an innovator, plain and simple. As the sales landscape changes, and leaders need stronger, targeted, and more innovative tools for our teams, Sales Cloud continues to adapt and provide exactly what's needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With there being so much capabilities with Sales Cloud, features and functionality can often get lost or go unseen. It's helpful to have experts available to help guide our organization through the changing tides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our one source of truth for our sales motions. As we have multiple teams leveraging various systems, it all ends up in Salesforce and Sales Cloud, meaning reps have insights, and leaders have the oversight needed.
Very Solid CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other CRMs and have seen many demos. Salesforce Sales Cloud is definitely the best in terms of user interface and ease of use - definitely the most intutive. The reports and dashboards are also super easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functionalities missing that have been long-time requests, and I understand Salesforce is not planning to develop. For example, being able to send or subscribe reports to an email address in the organization that is not included on Salesforce user records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to track and report on the progress of all opportunities, helping to better forecast and gain insightful data. Once adoption increases within the organization, there will be a lot of potential for customer analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
To Do List - understanding more features of the email template out of the Gmal App
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit/update the To Do List once it is popped out. You can complete the task but not related link back to SFDC record
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating and streamline steps with connections with prospects
I love the potential of Salesforce but I am not yet using it effectively.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the visual graphs, reports, and reminders. Possibly in that order. I have much to learn and thankfully salesforce offers those training trailheads in order to let me grow my understanding of SF and how to use it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find time to learn more about how to use SFDC effectively. I am an outbound salesperson who works in the fiels so mobile app has been helpful but can have its issues in the ways of bugs. I try using the search bar often but I find it is not reliable for finding my leads or support cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tasks objects have helped me make sure I don't forget to follow up with any leads or opportunities. It has made the intimidating task of working multiple deals a lot more bearable.
Sales Cloud is so powerful, so collaborative, and so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has transformed the way my teams communicate about opportunities. Chatter makes it easy to keep a history of EVERYTHING we're doing with our clients and when new people come aboard our team, it's easy to get them up-to-speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I suppose I wish a lot of the functionality and formatting of Reports and Dashboards looked a little better on mobile, but I have definitely seen this improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only having visibility across the globe of all teams selling to my clients, but also being able to find trends and insights at client competitors that help our account team generate ideas and opportunities to bring to our client.

The focus on making your reps focused on outbound activities and givingthem the cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more templates to start from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us build a unified pipeline. Previously we were cobbling together 6 different pipelines all using their own software.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers alot of great features however our sales cycle is very different from others. I wished our sales team utilized Salesforce more in their process that would allow us to utizlie the features.

Since our sales cycle is so different that makes it tough to answer.

Having the CRM and the tracking for activity benefits our team greatly.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the three companies I've worked at, none have ever had a great mobile solution which is key for sales adoption - not sure if that's due to a lack in product capability or our Admin/Tech staff ability.
I wish the solution was more use case driven (log an opportunity, work a new lead, forecast my month, generate a quote, etc.) vs. data driven (lists of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc. - where do I start?)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What did the customer pay previously and what were the products included? This helps us service the customer and determine what their renewal pricing should be as well as what new/additional products we could also be selling them.
What products does this customer have and who are our key contacts for us? This helps us identify upsell opportunities and manage the necessary relationships with the key stakeholders / decision makers that will help us grow the account.
What is my expected forecast? Salesforce helps me keep track of my pipeline and expectations for may close and when (I close ~40 deals/month so it's a lot of volume to manage).
