What do you like best about the product?
that allows you to provide and have a more organic service to the customers

that sometimes is kind of slow even though my network is stable

Solves the problem of maintaining all the information in the same place, and that's why using it is so easy. It can help to optimize the processes within the company; it's so good.

It is an excellent hub for all commmunication during your interaction with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training took a little bit and was detailed; however, paid off in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a former user and at the time it helped communicate my calls to my team and and tasks that were upcoming during my working hours.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole flow of sales business in the salesforce CRM is very convenient and most preferred by business
What do you dislike about the product?
Data load from other system through interface takes regular effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiples business are getting integrated with salesforce sales cloud to ease out the end to end sales flow and to generate the revenue and check sales performance and engagement and achieve targets
It's also easy to check customer retain strategy through Einstein analysis that is lead score and opportunity score

Easy to use, all important customer details are recorded clearly. Easy to search for lead information and creation

Duplicate leads being created if original lead is already converter to opportunities
