Sales Cloud is Evolving!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool for the end user. The features and functionality allow a sales team to track their pipeline and collaborate with ease and efficiency. Over time, new productivity features have been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a back end user, the code/configuration pieces are not easily audited. With many compliance audits and the need to dig into who did what, how and when, it's not as simple as other applications. There are a lot of object limits which make a single instance org feel cramped and restrictive and the license model is not easily understood with all the add ons and not sure what gets included in a license and what does not. Also, the reporting capabilities are just not there (out of the box).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Salesforce has enabled the businesses to no longer use Excel spreadsheets for pipeline tracking. Things can now be done directly in the tool. Users can also use chatter (although it's extremely limited) to collaborate and follow different opportunities, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We require a customizable platform that can capture and report on all activity with our clients: In-person events, Webinars, phone calls, and product and service consumption. The salesforce platform and its support organization have proven to be successful partners in achieving that goal and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you stick within out-of-the-box templates, Salesforce is a snap to implement; however, depending on your requirements the learning curve for customization can be steep; the product is not inexpensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The central source of information for recording all client interactions, engagements, and invoicing management.
Salesforce is great but user feedback is a MUST!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce is so customizable, I can mold the system into pretty much whatever we need as an organization. I also love that Salesforce is always on the forefront of new technology and system enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback to Salesforce is that sometimes I feel they do not look at some of the enhancements through the eyes of the user. I'm surprised by feature gaps at times and we are directed to the IdeaExchange to ask (and wait) for something that a real life user group could have pointed out was very necessary before a new feature was launched lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce does solve a lot of problems for our team and automates a lot of processes. We've been able to bring a lot of disjointed processes into the platform BUT sometimes the users still feel overwhelmed at all the clicks and custom objects.

What do you dislike about the product?
-very expensive
-customization can be time consuming
-salesforce promotes clicks not code but often we need to address deficincies in the platform with custom development which is inflexible, not as scalable and expensive
-requires professionals with a niche skill set to develop declaratively

-Streamlined internal communication
-Allows us to present a unified front to our customers, much better UX
-Centralized customer data
-Simple forecasting
-Promotes exploration of data by end users. The analytics tools are solid and don't require a background in data science to use

Salesforce is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the most intuitive tool I have ever deployed. Even people with low digital maturity can understand and use it quickly, which is a major win for smaller non-tech companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs are high, which makes it more difficult to sell as part of the digital transformation journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is now the one-stop-shop for all salespeople, which is something new for the organization and enables tracking adoption and results.
Easy to use and integrates well
What do you like best about the product?
How organized all my information is - between reports, dashboards, etc. I love the dashboards featuring graphs as well...super helpful way to view our data
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take getting used to. Easy to navigate once you are familiar but a bit overwhelming at the beginning

Tracking performance data, providing visual for our data analytics. Helps us know where we are excelling and where we can improve
Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interaction and usage on the computer interface exceeds expectations. When logging information and genreating reports, it's an excellenet tool. I'm using this every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Salesforce on your phone, I wish the app was as close to the same interface as the computer version. When I'm on my phone, I'm actually logging in to Salesforce through a web browser, rather than the app, because the web browser is easier to navigate and search for information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is benefitting my daily tasks by offering a simplistic way to log key information about my project opportunities. It's easy to log information and keep it housed for future referencing.

Its user friendly inreactive view and you can easily maitain your leads devide them accordingly as per your requirements .Trust em this helps a lot when you can modify and work according to your requirements.

As of now haven't felt any issues while working with Salesforce in Specific. But yes if there is any issues will surely convey to the team.Thus amazing experinece so far.

Firsly maiting a lot of leads of the clients is really a tough job on itself and need some software to help with it. There comes the amazing Salesforce which not just helps in Maintaining the leads , create a neat and clean enviornment wherein i can see the leads which i have to work on a urgent basis .
