What do you like best about the product?
All records can be laid out in seamless order at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our sales process includes multiple parties to a single Sale. SFDC does not have a good way to house that information on the Account object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single place to store all our prospect and customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is to function specifically for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough to use for someone who is not super tech/code savy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all clients/accounts in one place, and allows you to make different reports for tracking these clients and their deals.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you a 360 view of information that you may need to follow through sales and lead management.
It gives you access and full control of your entire sales process no matter how simple or complicated it may be.
The best thing is you can integrate most tools available in the market today to make the interphase a one stop shop for every data you may need in closing a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only offside I can think of is the complexity of implementing and training part of using the tool. Since it's a very robust tool. The knowledge needed to fully maximize the tool is also enormous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to fuss over on how many tools are needed open to fully engage into a single opportunity. But with the upgrade into SF Sales Cloud, it is now easier, I can now access information from any tools that is integrated with it. The faster you get that data, the better for your sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
We are now able to track the full customer journey now in a way that we couldnt before. Sales Cloud has the ablity to integrate with other helpful programs. Some we already knew about and others we found in the app store.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nagviating Sales Cloud can be overwhelming at first but there are plenty of videos online that help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track what happens with a lead from start to finish and with the apps we have inegrated we are able to reach customers in ways that we couldn't before.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using sales cloud for 9 years and are very happy with it. It has a great ecosystem and good training to support it
What do you dislike about the product?
When you negotiate your contract with Salesforce, you need to include everything up front that you think you might need. Otherwise you are going to pay a lot more for features you need to add on later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has us made it so that our sales process is much more transparent

Excellent Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Lightning is an excellent project management tool. It allows us to manage our sales team (yes, managing sales is a project) for activity that leads to results. Our conversations are more centered around how we can move the sale one step closer to a close, rather than “give me a project update”. Salesforce stores our customer details where we need them, at the account level, contact level, and opportunity level. It keeps everyone in the loop to ensure the project moves along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Files. There is only one spot for all files within the account and opportunity. You do not have the ability to create file folders with either. I would like to have the ability to have folder like Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales were stagnant. We needed to see our sales teams' activity to understand the best way to coach them to success. With Salesforce we can now easily see calls, emails, tasks and meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Sales Cloud offers an efficient way to track account pipeline alongside marketing efforts with easily created reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize so specifically can be overwhelming for a smaller business. Also felt like we were talked into too many licenses to begin our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud had made us more efficient in tracking our pipeline conversions while allowing visibiilty to executive team. We have increased our number of conversions since beginning our platform a year and a half ago.

Flows for the WIN :-)

What do you like best about the product?
I do a lot of automation work and don't know how to code. Salesforce Flows is incredible! It give me the power of a programmer without knowing the lingo. I can almost always figure out a way to make something work with Flows alone. If I can't, I can usually find a third party package or a piece of APEX online to use. I just finished replacing some external code with Flows in Salesforce and it's working perfectly :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to dislike some of the out-of-the box functionality in Sales Cloud. There are all these limits on what you can and can't do that you don't get with custom objects. I'm sure they're there for a reason, but I can't tell you how many times I've told a business we could do something in Salesforce because I could concieve of how to do it with a custom object, but then learn that we need to do it with standard object and it isn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving our sales people the tools they need to close the deal quickly. It's giving us greater insight into our data with fantastic reports and dashboards. It's giving us robust automation capabilities and the ability to integrate with practically every outside system we need.

What do you like best about the product?
How powerful the platform is. How easy it is to find resources to learn about something. No other software requirement. Cloud-based. It is aesthetically pleasing, to be honest. I like how it is customizable. This is the second org I have used Salesforce - Salesforce Sales Cloud... & each was unique in its own way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about the Salesforce Sales Cloud. There is a lot more I like about it... I do dislike not knowing something! But there is always a resource to figure things out. Which I love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analytics. Forecasting. Sales scoring. Data saved. A clean - pretty CRM. Easy to report. Easy to have a dashboard. An easy to use platform... Easy for the newest people to understand. AI Einstein & Outlook Sales Plug in.
