What do you like best about the product?
I love Flow! It's seriously the best part of Sales Cloud that allows me to create and automate processes for my users!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to learn and harder to master. Make it easier and consolidate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping data in one place, works well with integrations like HubSpot and Domo

What do you like best about the product?
Customer 360 view helping in customer retention and management. Excellent sales enablement tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
New enhancements are rapidly added but same time, existing ones are deprecated and may or may not be adequately mapped to a new one.

Customer management, Renewals, Deal registrations, partner management, Assets tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about SSC is the tight integration with Salesforce overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less feature rich than other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of sales person management, enablement and tracking. It does what we need, but not as full featured as other solutions available.

So Much I Still Don't Know!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Salesforce for a decade now and there is still so much to learn about what it can do. The possibilities for sales, service, marketing, ops, and finance seem limitless. I most enjoy how I'm able to bring everyone together into one system so we have exceptional visibility of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that we lost some important day-to-day functionality when we switched from Classic to Lightning and it's tedious to have to switch back to Classic to merge accounts or contacts and to clone Campaigns with the same Campaign Member Statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to organize our complex sales environment to "make sense of it all." It provides visibility into results as well as performance of individual sellers, territories, products, and and account management. The ability to integrate other products, build custom objects, and connect through APIs greatly enhances our capabilities and lessens our reliance on multiple systems.

What do you like best about the product?
It lets us coordinate sales activity with notes, confidence levels, compete information, sales stats, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is cramped with all of the entry fields. Doesn't give a great view of everything.

Helping me track the progression of deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Although it can be a tough climb at first, Sales Cloud is straight ahead and a great that salespeople can use to organize their day. Managers get accurate and timely info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex and despite what SF tells us - Clicks not code is not as true as they would like to believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product mix is complex. Sales cloud helps us manage and report deals accurately and in a timely manner. It keeps everyone - including the finance team - up to date on what is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best systems out there for advanced CRM administration and Sales management - full visibility into pipeline, Sales activities, and information. I wish every B2B company could use Salesforce as it is purpose-built for B2B and management of large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rigid Lead to Contact process - may not jive with modern selling process. Expensive to add apps and extend functionality. Unfortunately needs careful customization of record content or using a solution like Rattle to decrease time spent hunting for things. Account mapping for enterprise buying units available via app, but necessary when selling to the enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility into Sales activities and triggering automations based off of manual activities (marrying the human and the technology)

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and metrics are configurable. Seeing other salespeople and how everyone contributes is helpful. Learning from winning strategies and sharing knowledge is emphasized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky and the UI is not very exciting. Sometimes I miss things because they are below the end of the scroll. Still too much data entry but hopefully with more AI and transcriptions things will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When do I go back to prospects and customers without being too intrusive or annoying? How do I know what emails are effective and which aren't depending on the customer profile
