What do you like best about the product?
Helping very business with out of box stuff and very responsive. And seem less connections and able to integrate with any other application just with point and click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe add more capabilities to costumers so we can improve user experience and business performance. Or maybe add all the clouds at one place instead of login into other salesforce applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's improved the sales process and tracking and business processes and integration with other applications in two ways process the data and validate and have visibility on each process of sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows us to use the native functionality to track key sales activities and metrics while also allowing us to customize it to our specific needs and even extend beyond the traditional sales use case! It's intuitive and easy to use as well. The standard features are exactly what the sales teams need, and the thrice-yearly releases bring even more functionality on a continual basis. We've been able to integrate it with other systems fairly easily, despite not having a full-time developer on staff. Many teams use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if tasks were easier to deal with. Activities are also less intuitive than I would like. The calendar also needs to be more like outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to track the progress of complex sales with a long sales cycle just as well as simple sales that complete in just a few days. It helps increase visibility into the activities that are still needed to successfully close a sale and allows us to document any specific commitments, reducing errors in contracts and time to close.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud not only allows you to integrate existing sales records but also let's you organize data in a smart manner that keeps business flowing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud took some time to get set up but really streamlined our sales efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us organize our information so we can speed through more conversations and reach more clients in a day.

What do you like best about the product?
Moving to Sales Cloud has allowed us to limit the amount of tools we are using and keep our sales team in one platform. There are updates and improvements consistently throughout the year which continues to make the products better and easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein Activity Capture- it didn't work as expected and since the data isn't stored, you cannot run normal reports and dashboards on the data.

Keeping our sales tools grouped into one platform

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite in sales cloud is that anyone can lear. It without previous IT knowledge. With the out of the box click no code features you can deliver value in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When someone does not jnow the product and develops features that are already there out of the box.

Little but more of 365 view of the customer with in a CRM

Flexibility. We can pair Salesforce with our other key sales systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize in house is a bit complicated. You need to h e dedicated resources to manage this side of the platform.
