What do you like best about the product?
The ability to map a client's relationship with the company is super important for staying connected and up to speed with today's environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better ui design that is implemented for better flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is helpful in the use of creating customized fields in order to personalize consumer data. As a casino, we have a ton of data points that we gather about our Guests, and being able to congregate them in one spot is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface of Salesfound can be a bit clunky. I think the hyperlinks can be a bit counterintuitive and it is hard for somebody without a tech background to navigate when they are still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to have all of our data congregated into one spot. The benefits are able to pull reports and create actionable behaviors based on the way our Guests are reacting to our data.

Process Automation, workflows, integration with several partner products for specific business needs and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native reporting could be better but there is a lot of promise with Tableau and the data cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming into the platform it is an essential product and platform to have for anything Sales CRM. It helps slim down the extra work needed for sales users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be more universal and standard throughout the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sales Cloud for 9+ years. What I appreciate is how much the tool is constantly evolving and improving itself. There is a wonderful community that is suggesting improvements and giving helpful advice. When you move from company to company - the tool is different but ultimately the same and it's easy to build your skills and make yourself useful no matter where you work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs and simple things that we are waiting for improvement s. Sometimes simple obvious things need help.

What do you like best about the product?
From a development point of view it is super easy and fun to develop on. There are lots of resources available online and the way that it is designed is intuitive and with an initial low barrier of entry to start your org, but with the capacity to add more in depth functionity where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the cheapest, and it does feel like it isn't clear which functionality is included and which is for an additional cost. Basic functionality fixes sometimes feel like they aren't prioritised over new glitzy features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with our sales process. It helps to manger our sales teams opportunities and lead processes, with the ability to track performance of our users with reports and dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
Immediate start with almost any feature - fine-tune via config and you are good to benefit from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you try to really squeeze it by custom development, some features are impossible to change and have to be worked around with some hacking - style coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex hierarchical reporting, streamline customer journey
