Salescloud is the foundation for driving you pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on Sales cloud with different customers for a combined 10 years starting as a sales rep and transition to a salesforce admin. Salesforce gives us the flexibility to mold sales cloud into each businesses unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to have the right team implement and manage Salesforce for the long term. Without the r8ght folks, salesforce can feel clunky and hard to use. With the right team it can far exceed expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping up new reps onto the platform and aligning sales goals. We're able to track the velocity of deals and identify which reps and processes are moving the ball forward.
Using Sales Cloud to support association management
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has low entry retirements, users can access it to begin learning and using it with only a couple hours of training, but has a ton of flexibility for development in top of it. Appreciate the no code development as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a nonprofit, some of the sales nomenclature can be frustrating to explain to stakeholders. Additionally load time in lightning can be frustratingly long especially in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to track financials around donations (e.g. Sales) and see recent actions contacts have done in our system. Email tracking and communication between users is also quite useful

What do you like best about the product?
By using Sales Cloud, users can work independently on there own goals and objectives while still cohesively accomplishing overall company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion process could be more customizable to better meet needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One space for all pieces of the puzzle to be found on all leads, opps, contracts, etc. no need to have multiple places to store or communicate info
Very useful and customizable but can get expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The customization options are endless so you can make it work for any organization. But there are plenty out of the box solutions to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the option to customize it can get unwieldy fast. Must plan carefully.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is and also how user friendly it is! It has helped streamline processes and cut out the admin work for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can get a bit technical if I am setting up custom reports and such. But there a bunch of tutorials to help if I ever get stuck on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down the admin work and helps me keep track of all of my conversations. I never forget the last time I talked to a customer or what I sent or they requested. It's great!
Changes your entire org for the better
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales cloud is everyone being on the same page and knowing where to find information that helps with their role. There is no product that compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I'm sure there are more resources to drive adoption that I need to dig into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving pipeline tracking for MBRs.
Powerful tool with a good admin
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable workflows that I can make fit my corporate needs. Clean forms and processes can be build to assist sales reps and demonstrate sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much customization can result in a unmanageable product. Should be more guardrails and suggestions of things not to do. I like the warnings on reports that you already have a similar report. Need more of that.

Great integration with Salesforce, easy to use, and reliable. The analytics are insightful for sales strategies.

Limited customization options and higher costs compared to other solutions. Tech support can be slow.

Servious Cloud for Salesforce streamlines sales processes, automates tasks, and provides real-time analytics, making it easier to track performance and meet sales targets.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped our organization unlock our company data to help understand our customers. The insights we are able to find help us out manuever our competition to win more business. The ease of use when designed Sales Cloud allows us to use metrics specific to us.

There is a large financial investment needed with Sales Cloud, but the benefits help to see the ROI quickly
