Best thing since slice bread.. yeah I'm pretty old
What do you like best about the product?
This has allowed our team to anticipate opportunities and challenges in our business. Has streamlines smart processes and enforce governance of new campaigns. We can no Gather data that allows us to champion at an executive level to take calculated risk in order to grow.

I like the insane ability to customize the platform to any use case.

I dislike the broad range of settings that can quickly become confusing, but Salesforce provides an excellent source of documentation.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving our ability to centralize our CRM into a single location.

I love the UX for end users, the admin tools, developer enviroment.
The way is so easy to use, integrate and empower users giving an excellent enviroment to optimize their work, make them smarter. Im officially a #flownatic 😍 and a jr developer.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Lead object. We can't find an scenario where is helpful in our company. The main problem here is that related objects to the lead are lost when converted. 👎🏼
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified view of customer data. We had data in many systems, spreadsheets, external databases, and more. With sales cloud we put all emails, contacts points, purchases, calls in one platform with and unified view.

It allows everyone to get a full 360 degrees view of all relevant information regarding our customers and our interactions with them

I love it but the migration from other systems into SF is a complex undertaking

Our sales teams have previously worked in a variety of different system. We now have one platform and are more aligned

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce clouds ability to govern data under one roof and apply agile analytics creates a very easy way to show data dynamically and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am more curious about the possibilities I can bring when implementing from a End and concepts. Forecast sales pipeline and revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to call the data, synchronization and integration be able to show visuals, dynamically, and on demand.
Perfect tool for small or enterpise solutions.

I love the fact that it's fully customizable. It's giving a lot of solutions to build the the system even without coding knowledge. Having inbuild features to support sales processes its also helpful.

Far small Teams it can be challenging to build complex solutions without coding knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's supporting the whole process from Lead Generation, through Lead Scoring, SDR Processes, Sales and Customer Success.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales team managements, territories and opportunities management. It's a really easy way to improve the up sales and to create forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is my 3rd CRM in the last 5 years and I was skeptical. I have been nothing but impressed with the centralized data I need on my prospects but also the ability to export the info we need to look at sales at an organizational level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double Authenticator can slow down a quick log in when on the fly, but a great safety feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an easy interface for all users to use so more data is captured to help us refine our sales process. Less time training and more time selling. I'm more productive and get better data.
Detailed Customer Data at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to discover all the customer data you need at a glance. Information is organized in easy to navigate objects. As both an analyst and an admin I use Salesforce every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that something that could be improved on is that Salesforce can sometimes be very slow. Especially if you have many tabs open at the same time.

The key problems that Salesforce Keri's track if, is our complete customer profile. That includes opportunities, quotes, cases and orders.
