Versatile & tailors to our low code, no code policy. Most of the out of the box functionalities and features help and assist with our business needs & benefits.

Great solution for sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a very useful product for sales team, there are a lot of out of the box features which can be implemented very fast and also can be easily comtomized when compare to compettior product
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack some feature that should be out of the box feature. low code tool still not covered everything that apex does. Improved lo code tool would be greate for user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients dont know their customer as much as it should be. Sales cloud help on this issue a lot because we colllect customer information in every angle which help them much more understand thier customer.

Salesforce Sales cloud enables organized abd structured approach to hold data while providing actionable insights and visibility

The difficulty of getting complete user adoption especially with updated iterations

Salesforce is helping to aid us on our scoring models for prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The level of configuration and customization is excellent with the sales cloud product. We certainly do not have a standard use case but the product still works great for us.

The product is not always intuitive. New users can have a substantial learning curve.

It's allowing us to track and report on leads and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We are recent users of sales colud, however in our short time we have seen an improvement with our Sales team satisfaction and the dealers experience.... we look forward to continuing to grow with SF sales cloud

Licences configuration is a little bit diffucult to learn and work with. It needs to be a little bit more user friendly

Salesforce cloud is a great platform that makes sales easy and efficient. Everything in one platform, mobile friendly and quickly accessible for folks out in the field makes this a great tool for all tech skill levels.

Of course it comes with a cost which might be more than other competitors out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having one SaaS platform application for multiple use cases bundled together. Instead of previously having 4 custom coded applications that could be combined together.

Overall I think sales cloud is a great tool, the ability to customize the cloud makes it even better.

A better forecasting functionality would be a plus along with a more structure Lead to Opp defining process to get sales and marketing on the same path
