Easy to use and new additions like Path make it simple to keep your team in the right track!

Sometimes Einstein Search acts up but it's not too often

It helps us forecast and see trends, as well as track activities our Sales team are completing.

What I like best about it is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform for managing customer relationships and sales processes. The ability to customize and tailor the platform to suit the unique needs of my business is a standout feature.

Cost and complexity can be a challenge especially for smaller businesses looking to adopt sales cloud

Centralization of our data, improving our sales analytics with multiple built in tools

Before sales cloud our tea did not have a centralized repository and collaboration was lost.
Salesforce has changed our data strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can customize within an existing structure. We use campaigns to create custom record types to track all of our events, communities, and projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management can be difficult at times due to duplicate records being created due to lack of proper syncing and communication with another Salesforce product such as Pardot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a holisitc view of each constituent and how they engage with our network which helps us report and make future decisions as well as measure impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Sales cloud. With intuitive features, seamless integration, and powerful analytics, it has been a game-changer for our sales team and has helped optimize customer relationships. Highly recommended!

While Sales Cloud offers robust features, its initial learning curve can be steep. The customization can sometimes be overwhelming, and the pricing model might be expensive for smaller businesses.

Storing all information for sales in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the sales cloud is a single place where all the information about my customers accounts, contacts and their leads and campaigns can be stored. Reports are also a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more information and guidance on how customer data should be structured and shared with external systems such as SAP and oracle erp systems. At the moment there can be a build up of bad data in the system and it's a little hard to change and course correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to capture information about how our customers want to be served by us in the future. Salesforce allows us to capture this information in the form of leads. That allows us to make more informed decisions.
Great Features, but Costly Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the comprehensive visibility Salesforce Sales Cloud provides, which enables us to identify customers not purchasing additional products, enhancing our offering strategy for a better ROI. I find features like CPQ, coding, opportunity management, and campaign tracking incredibly useful. The decision by our CEO many years ago highlights its market superiority. Integration with tools like Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud enhances our capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it too challenging to manage the sales pipeline and account mapping effectively. The integration process with other tools like Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, GoToWebinars, and Scribe becomes extremely troublesome without full company buy-in, as we, being just admins, have limited control over the IT requirements. Additionally, the pricing is not affordable, and this significantly impacts our decision-making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to gain visibility into customers not adding extended warranties, allowing us to offer add-ons for increased ROI.

Other parts of application we did not know were there and are valuable.

Tracking pipeline progress and credit processes.

The jpsode of using Salesforce the wide breadth of add ons by other companies specializing in certain products.

Salesforce is not cheap and may not be accessible by all.

Currently we need to get toa point to use CPQ.
Generally useful foundation
What do you like best about the product?
Great foundational functionalities to set up for any company starting up. Particularly enjoy the easily customizable lead conversion

Lack support for hierarchical accounts information and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various items involving supporting our Sales processes, from capturing leads via our managed packages to establishing our partner contracts.
