Love Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love how diverse the cloud is and how we are able to manage massive amounts of data. I love having the ability to Customize the product to work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more storage. Other than that, we love everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce saves all of our conversations with clients so we always know where we are with clients and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the out-of-the-box functionalities, as they eliminate the need to write custom code. The Einstein features that Salesforce is currently developing seem very promising and will be extremely beneficial for our company. I am eager to see even more advanced AI capabilities in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce could benefit from enhancing its reporting features, as they currently leave room for improvement. Additionally, I believe the pricing for all Salesforce products should be more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce simplifies the work of sales representatives by making it easier to create and follow up on leads. It also allows users to quickly add and send quotes to customers within just a few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
With sales cloud I can increase my clients productivity using out of the box solutions and customize it to their needs using low-code features reducing time to market
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that probably the high speed of innovation which can be difficult to follow and keep the solution up to date with the latest features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize information, unified the sales process across the organization and removing manual tasks with automation and workflows

I like the flexibility and the solutions it offers out of the box. It helps for a company to start with basic to advanced selling strategy out of the box

Not really much. I would say enablement can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us address our Sales tracking for now. We are looking to expand it to help us with competitive insights too.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very clear to see exactly what deals need to be worked and which deals are in the pipeline!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more prebuilt reports and analytics. My team loves pipeline forecasting and I'd love to see more like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to keep our pipeline clean and accurate! It's so easy to keep opportunities up to date that there's no reason not to keep them up to date.

The ease of access to information is super helpful and once you learn how to access the information it is fantastic!

Depending on how it is built out it can be difficult to find what you need.

I like that I can extend sales cloud platform from low code to code and have forecasting abilities directly within

There's a lot of legacy debt over the past 23 years. But PMs are looking to burn this down

It's managing our front end funnel and quote to cash side. Ultimately enabling our automated customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a super simple platform to set up. It comes with so many helpful tools out of the box and you have access to the App Store with provides a variety of tools to fit a variety of business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the years that I have used sales cloud there have been a lot of innovations that make the tool easier to use. A potential negative is that sometimes really helpful ideas presented by admins and developers can be overlooked for more flashy but sometimes less impactful changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping with data visibility and analytics, coaching and territory management. We are currently venturing into campaign and lead management and we have had a lot of success with that.
