The interface is user-friendly, automating tasks and simplifying lead management. The insights from customizable dashboards and reporting are invaluable for data-driven decisions. Integrations with other tools boost overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve is there, but with proper training, the benefits outweigh it. Sales Cloud has streamlined our processes, resulting in higher conversions and revenue growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing, tracking, and forecasting deals in a centralized location. This allows us to report and inform all of our leadership.

It's highly customizable and works in almost any industry. It lets you find out everything about your customer and have a complete relationship with them from zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that you need to improve the costs about your product and creat solutions that are adaptable to any size of business. Please create a more customizable plan

It helps me to connect with customers. In the mid and long term and creates a CLV that is very traceable among all of our digital and physical channels in any location

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped us with our sales pipeline from quote to cash efforts in many ways. We are able to seamlessly deliver our sales quotes and track opportunities easily and in real time.

Sales cloud requires a significant amount of admin customization

Our CRM usage has increased through optimizing our pipeline flow and making the experience easy for our reps

A complete hold solution for any sales team or sales person or a company which needs to sells almost anything any future any product any service?

The price per user would be the main obstacle for fully implementing the solution

Getting all the customer data in one place is the most powerful solution that we have

What do you like best about the product?
We are beginning our journey with Salesforce. I am delighted at what I see so far. I am especially fond of the fluidity of the journey. We came from a basic data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initiation I to salesforce a bit overwhelming. There was a great deal of non applicable trainings within trailhead. It was hard to figure out where to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will assist us with our donor database and allow us to better serve our university. Pulling together many separate data bases into a unified database with knowledge.

Product is great - salesforce as a whole should treat their customers as a Salesforce customer, not just a sales cloud, marketing cloud, tableau, mulesoft, Slack, data cloud (siloed) customer

Pipeline management, incentive tracking, customer engagement, integration with servicing to connect with sales

Ability to have traceability and visibility of my sales reps activity. Add on top of that Einstein and intelligence and you now are able to ha e action driven insights
