What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a very important tool in the centralization of purchasing information with our clients, including its 360 view allows us to have accurate information at a certain time so that we can deliver results for the business and achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not just about Salesforce Sales Cloud, but also about the ecosystem that I see has a lot of potential and could deliver more updates during the year. In the end, or that é bom needs to be constant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the two main problems solved was the clear visibility of the goals and the ability to accompany our clients correctly and proactively.

The licensing can be confusing because of the many options.

Excellent. Easy to use and integrates well with other tools.

Too slow. Costly. Data storage is costly.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can spilt my screen and see all of my customer data as well as Knowledge management and guided steps. This really helps my data entry team to be efficient and effective in delivering high quality customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have more block and tabs to display more information in real time.

The tool empowers my team to be able to make informed decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Insights through reports and dashboards. Dashboards are used daily by sales team and sales support engineers.

I would love to integrate more systems to automate data flow. Excited to explore Einstein capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer insights automatically through direct conversations with sales engineers. Tracks all sales and customer data and displays in an easy to understand dashboard.
Sales Cloud helps our sales teams and management win more and stay on track
What do you like best about the product?
We've been on Sales Cloud about 5 years now, and while it's been a maturity process, it has helped us in many ways out of the gate. As an admin and integration lead, I've seen huge value the platform brought to our company and the reps we work with by having more of our internal and third-party tools share data with one another. We've been able to create a much more connected Sales user experience, leading to better insights and tracking of opportunities, and ultimately leading to positive sales efficiency improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning and adoption curve was a challenge for us. We had internal teams supporting divisional CRMs, but when we jumped onto Sales Cloud we came together across divisions for the first time. Not having in-house Salesforce knowledge wasn't a hindrance forever - we initially relied on consulting partners to help us design and implement - as we were able to skill-up our CRM team and eventually became self-sufficient. Now we are able to customize and enhance our Sales user experience on our own and it feels great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Territory assignment management and automation are easier for us, now that Sales Cloud has become our source of truth for this area. We've also improved tracking and win rate on our pipeline with Sales Cloud's opportunity management features combined with some reporting and integrations to enterprise systems we've built. Overall, it augments our sales process in many ways and helps us tie together lead and opportunity information we didn't previously connect very well.

The customization possibilities can make the platform complex if not well implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an interactive tool that helped bring collaboration and connectivity to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is an amazing tool, but it isn't the easiest to alter to individual orgs. Sometimes creating your own app is the best solution.

It brings all of the tools our team uses to define lead scoring and use pipelines analytics.

The later page layouts and lightening pages are a bit less 'dense' on information - things are spread out and across multiple tabs - so you have to know where to look if you're used t classic

Helping us estabblish the value and priority of our leads so we focus on the right potential opportunities. It also helps us accurately predict pipeline and opportunity closure dates.
