What do you like best about the product?
There are no limts on what you can do using this solution. As a customer for many years, we have utilized all that it offers and yet we still ask it to do more and it DELIVERS! Provides a hub for managing customer interactions. From lead generation to closing deals, it streamlines the entire sales process. With Sales Cloud, we gain a comprehensive view of each customer. Access their history, preferences, and communication records—all in one place. This knowledge empowers our sales team to personalize interactions and build stronger relationships. The platform excels at lead management. We can track leads from initial contact to conversion, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. Automated lead scoring helps prioritize high-potential prospects. Sales Cloud’s pipeline management tools allow us to visualize opportunities, forecast revenue, and allocate resources effectively. Sales Cloud isn’t just about managing data—it’s about boosting productivity and collaboration. It automates repetitive tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and reminders. Salesforce Sales Cloud isn’t just software; it’s a strategic partner for our business. It empowers our sales teams, enhances customer relationships, and drives growth. If you’re serious about elevating your sales game, Sales Cloud is your secret weapon!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item we had challenges on is the Task object's limitation on rich text fields. Many of our sales team would like to add URLs or tables into their tasks but are unable due to the restriction. I'm sure in the future that Salesforce will allow this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all of our wealth clients information. Using API's to retrieve and send client data to highly secured bank and custodian platforms. The ability to retrieve real-time data and the ability to make decisions is critical for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining and automating sales process. Ability to build dashboards and reports and have executive reporting at the glance. Get 360 view of your customers. Manage territories easily with ETM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration needs full time skilled professionals. Lead management could get more streamlined. Enterprise territory management reporting cand be clunky. User guidance can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, Account and lead assignment, sales activity tracking, deal tracking, progression and management, territory management. It provides at a glamce view of prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables my team to have all of their clientand opportunity information at their fingertips. As a sales leader I love that I have progress data that is both easy to compile and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data entry is the number one complaint from my reps. However, we all know the data "out" is only as good as the data "in" so we are working on ways to customize the experience to make things less manual and more manageable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sale Cloud is helping us form a big picture of our client's life cycle. We are able to forecast expected growth and prepare for large deals due to the runway opportunities provide. We also have been able to keep a pulse on the health of our business and identify areas of concern proactively through the use of Sales Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
As a person taking over as a new product manager with no previous experience in sales force, sales cloud has been easy to understand and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexities in integrations. There is no one stop view for all the users that acts like a home page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us get a good overview of the funnel to predict our revenue

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to configure to our unique sales process and to allow an easy sales flow for contact centre and field teams, we are able to quickly adapt the system to allow for the best sales experiences
What do you dislike about the product?
That is a very difficult question to answer, the only think could maybe improve is some better integrations with service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, we have come from multiple different sales people using different forms of customer tracking this allows for 1 unique view of our customer

Makes it easy to pull data on our sales. We also love the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times the customer records can be a little too complex, we need a better UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales information clean on our key accounts. Helping us track a lot of our new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the sales cloud is. We are able to tailor the tool to exactly what our team needs as those needs continuously change.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with reporting that can be confusing to people who aren't familiar with the tool. It can require more training when on boarding new members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows for ease of access to all customer information as well as sales activities within one place. We are able to build a one stop place for our sales to access all their information

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is customizable and robust. It allows me to set it up in a way that works and grows with my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes must have functionality doesn't get prioritized of it isn't related to hot button topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce as our core system and allows us to have so many things all in one place. Our teams productivity is greatly increased by reducing the time they are context switching.

How it's always being made better through development and acquisitions

Inability to quickly and dynamically work with data outside of the Sf ecosystem. Increasing data redundancy, cost, and time to deliver

Order channel optimization
