Quick to configure opportunities pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
All my opportunity data is in one place and the screen layout makes it easy to focus on the key fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as fast as Scratchpad so sometimes adoption is lower.

It brings all the relevant data into one place and increases efficiency

The low code methodology helps those joining the Salesforce ecosystem to immediately make an impact. The ability to develop and implement Sales process within an organization has created a new career path for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn! There are a lot of tools available and sometimes it's overwhelming to the average Admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped consolidate my teams data and host it outside of our company walls. It's been a great tool for solving issues with decentralized user bases across the country.

A lot of innovative features and good Sales operation guidelines but for smaller organization and medium sized organizations it may be expensive

Expensive as more salesforce people come onboard

Sales Cloud allowed us to collaborate easily and track our sales pipeline as our business began to grow

Reports and dashboards are a bit limited but there are enough sales-specific dashboards to get started with

Salesforce Sales Cloud is intuitive in its solutions for a fickle sales team.
What do you like best about the product?
How well it plays nice and integrates with other apps. We have a large tech stack at our company that spans multiple different departments, and we are still able to track information around the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose something, its the fact that you have to get extra licenses for every new feature that is introduced. I wish there were more combination options for common things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get the data and analytics necessary as a sales enablement professional to properly know the KPIs and pipeline of my reps, allowing me to choose the correct things to work on with the sales team.

The forecasting capabilities are able to provide accurate insights. Teams spend less time trying to understand the data, which opens up their time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the high price with Salesforce Salea Cloud. On top of that, there are some instances that require add-ons, which also increases the total price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps track our revenue from all of our channel partners on how well each one is doing and who is performing the best to be grouped in a certain partner tier.

I have actionable data at my fingertips all coalesced into a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much data that sometimes it's hard to find the signal in the noise

I can see high level reporting for my entire team and manage workflows easily.
