What do you like best about the product?
Just needed a small contact management interface and this fits the bill! Able to log calls and store pertinent customer data and report on it!
So user friendly I don't need a developer degree to format it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding that some of the features we need as we expand are only available in other clouds and requires more licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activity with buyers and loading calls to make.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has the 360 view to manage all clients for a business. Nothing is really needed other than customizing wording and branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features people are nestly using it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Although the out-of-the-box functionality will be an enormous asset to any organization, the ability to almost infinitely customize the platform to your specific business' needs is an enormous asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is simply so much going on; so much functonality, features, options, etc.; that it can be difficult for new users to really get the best value out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud ensures that everybody on the team, and across the company, is relying on a Single Source of Truth; ensuring that we all hav the same up-to-the-minute data.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud is very versatile and essentially accomplish whatever I can think of.
As a implementation partner, we see many use cases and solutions that greatly benefit our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a complexity comes the issue of adoption and data entry. At times, it can be difficult to maintain proper data quality without the right tools. Adoption can also be difficult if transitioning from another platform that has different processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized database of customers and getting a a full 360 view of everything about them.
It also helps track exactly where each client is in our pipeline and how to best interest with them.

It does have some fixed assumptions that you may need to work around.

What do you like best about the product?
Use of programming language like Apex can be easily combined with flow etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cumbersome admin functionality . Features are difficult too find and then take corrective action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate the workflow and process . It facilitates the quick start of the product . Customization is a slow easy to achieve . Reporting and out of the box features help.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales cloud is ability to track interactions with customer and no one to follow up with them. It gives an amazing opportunity to know where each deal is at and what needs to be done next door to close the deal or take next step for the customer. For example, all your activities and interactions I captured in one place allowing customers to know what has been done and what is best to do next.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it could be difficult to get used to all the data entry and to remember to capture what has been done. But for the other mini automation tools that one can use to facilitate that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our village to keep track of all the sales at which stage they are the amounts, and what to do next with the client and in how to close the deal faster, and to understand what needs to be done
