What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to id key account contacts, add notes, id next steps. seamless from new opportunity to close process. Dashboards to visualize opportunities

The rate, in functionality growth, has enabled and empowered Users in all levels to utilize progress and the collective vision of a forward looking company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have a dislike for this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A large problem that faces many company's, is gaining User buy-in. With this Cloud we are seeing less and less of this.

Salesforce sales cloud is looks like a perfect solution of sales

I don't have any personal opnion on this but personally I don't like that javascript error sometimes that error come's even my internet connection was stable enough to handle all my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solving many day to day business related problems basically mostly the problem arise is that when any business got lots of leads lost all thier bulk data messed up.
or they are not able to do follow ups to thier customers and even don't respond timely on case raise.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers comprehensive tools that help us with the management and optimization of our sales processes. It enables me to automate the sales process, followed by leads and opportunities for my sales team. Most importantly, the fact that it has the ability to integrate third-party applications, together with the powerful reporting and analytic features, is key to functionalities that fasten decision-making for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses. The pricing structure is not budget-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Workflows, the insurance industry involves numerous repetitive tasks, from quoting policies to processing claims. Salesforce Sales Cloud allows for the automation of these workflows, this reduces manual errors thus improving efficiency. This lowers our operational costs and enhances productivity.
Versatile user access controls
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to tools like Lighting Pages with dynamic components that allow us to really customize each users experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the main downside is that the pace of change is so hectic that sometimes it leaves you breathless. It's hard to really identify that as a detractor, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org is made up of tons of custom development, which is one of the beautiful things about Salesforce. There's literally a way to manage anything, absolutely anything!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is helpful for customers in tracking opportunities and the activities associated to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Sales Cloud is that some of the functionality that customers may want require more add ons, such as the quoting feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding business problems, I found that many customers want to see their metrics and Salesforce helps with that through reports and dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Console is the one big hurdle for the sales folks to transition to. The regular app with the tabbed interface is way more easier to use. The console should have this tabbed option as optional

Getting away from Excel sheets. Automating tedious administrative tasks. Focusing on sales more. One-stop shop for the sales. Single source of truth. Real-time analytics.

Unifying pre and post-sale customer data to provide a single source of truth, which is a huge benefit because the data in Sales Cloud helps guide our GTM decision and constantly evolve our strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The way is so easy to follow our sales process. There are many features that help me to do it great.

I feel that sometimes is a little unconfortable filling that much fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It admits that our company can deal with a lot of leads that we couldn´t manage before. Now out potencial clients are really POTENCIAL CLIENTES. Thank yoy so much.

A powerful way to track all things client related and give powerful data insights for our team. We are able to gain actionable insights and have visivlbikity into our international teams now
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to decide what to customize or how to set up the best visual flow of object pages. Also adoption for no -tech team members is sometimes difficult to implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had zero visibility for our managers to what their international team members were doing. We have relevant analytics and taken customer data out of spreadsheets and email and into a single source of truth.
