What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use and configurable for any organization. Along with additional App Exchange Apps, there's nothing you can't do with this app!

Sometimes there are constraints on how things work which is understandable but it can be frustrating at time when you want more customization that is specific to your company.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping our customers keep all information all in the same place which is also able to speak to our systems according to what we need synced in between.

If we do not manage the instance and the data carefully, it becomes challenging to run our operation. It is also difficult as a professional services org to get full value as normal B2C companies might get.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud excels in customization. It empowers our team to tailor the platform to our unique needs. From lead management to reporting, we've personalized every aspect, driving increased efficiency and sales results. The support is top-notch too. Highly recommended for customizing your sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only as good as your data. Salesforce is taking steps to help integrate data in some of their newest offerings, but it still remains a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us the central place to track all of our leads and opportunities to enable us to properly forecast what revenue we can expect.

What do you like best about the product?
I love as a Salesforce admin that the platform is so customizable and easy(ish) to learn and maintain. Using the features to improve my end users productivity. I have not used any competitior to Salesforce, but I have heard that they cannot keep up with the innovations Salesforce comes out with 3 times a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides, but I would have to say as a admin the Setup for the backend is outdated and could use a refresh. Some things can be hard to find.

We use Salesforce for lead management and opportunity management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all the information about my customer interactions in one place is critical to anyone in business nowadays to meet the way customers expect us to interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages can be too crowded with information making it hard to find what you are looking forward if the instance is setup this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps me plan my days and strategize my weeks better. Knowing my customers and keeping that info available anytime anywhere is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with Sales Teams and University Fundraising Professionals and Nonprofit Major Gifts Officers. Salesforce has a place for all the data that they need to be successful, with the potential to be fully automated and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The level of complexity is high. A lot of the issue with Salesforce is that there isn't always a great starting place. My recommendation is usually to dive in and get started, but that gets complicated without documentation and processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress on large fundraising asks, activities related to the ask, and metrics about types of asks. Convincing users to be complient with data entry is always the challenge.
